CEX.IO 是一家始於2013年的中心化數位資產交易平台，為個人及機構使用者提供數位資產購買、出售、現貨交易、託管錢包、內部轉帳、質押及流動性等服務。平台採用分地區法律主體營運模式，美國、英國、西班牙及其他國際市場分別適用不同合約主體和監管框架。CEX.IO 還向部分歐洲使用者提供虛擬支付卡入口，但實際開立支付帳戶、發行卡片及處理卡交易的機構為第三方支付機構 Quicko。
卡片概覽
CEX.IO Card 原先屬於 CEX.IO 交易平台付款生態系的一部分，無須將資金轉入獨立的卡片帳戶。使用者可從 CEX.IO Wallet 中選擇最多四種加密資產，並設定扣款優先順序，EUR 餘額也可作為付款來源；消費時，系統會依優先順序自動出售所需資產，並以 EUR 完成 Mastercard 交易。該卡僅以虛擬形式發行，因此主要用於網路購物、訂閱，以及連結行動錢包後在實體商家付款，不提供傳統實體卡及 ATM 提款。原計畫主要服務 EEA 居民。2026 年 1 月 Quicko 支付機構執照遭波蘭監管機構撤銷後，CEX.IO 於 2 月 3 日關閉現有卡片付款功能並停止發行新卡，目前 CEX.IO 交易、Wallet 等其他服務仍持續營運。

1、中国大陆：当前不能申请 CEX.IO Card，原卡也已停止所有支付，因此无法在中国大陆线上、线下商户继续使用，需等待新的卡项目发布。
2、香港：当前不能申请 CEX.IO Card，原有卡片支付已经停止，即使商户接受 Mastercard 也无法继续使用，需等待新卡项目开放。
3、澳门：当前不能申请 CEX.IO Card，原卡项目已停止交易处理，因此不能继续用于澳门线上、实体商户或订阅消费。

i have my account for over 6 years, my iphone with the 2FA damage beyond repair and for the past 2 months i am trying to get access following all steps given and im getting application fail. There no one to assist me with getting access everything is left to AI which they make mistakes as well. Im getting from AI that until im logged on to the platform there is no way i can get my funds on the platform. This is crazy and bad for business.

this platform have taken cheating in a new different level. I was holding an AUDEIRA(BEAT) currency wht happened is BEAT currency price has jumped which is good for me, when I logged in to check the price update here I what I found: THEY converted my took the decision on my behalf without my permission to convert 95% of my BEAT to BTC and that was new level of unsafe financial platform and the result was: - around 20% conversion fee - since BTC is falling I lost around 40% of my assets comparing to the date I bought (BEAT).
When I check my conversion history the big joke I found.
If I bring a 10 year old Chile to my conversion statement and find the irrational mistake he can easily find a big cheat has happened:
* Btc-->beat conversion is recorded on statement by the date and time of my login to check.
* And my originally USC-->beat conversion is not recorded in my whole statement.
Ok if I was dreaming and the reality was I did not have any BEAT in my account from where did you get BEAt to convert to BTC. Especially you kept a micro amount of BEAT in my account.
You are not even smart enough to clear all of cheating evidence.
I don't care about the money in this incident as much as I care to officially escalated this to where you got your license from
