卡片概覽
SwissBorg Card 將 SwissBorg 的數位資產錢包與 Mastercard 支付網路連結。歐洲經濟區持卡人的基礎幣別為 EUR，瑞士為 CHF，英國為 GBP；付款時從使用者指定的主要加密資產扣款，餘額不足時可使用符合條件的備用資產，並即時兌換為卡片基礎幣別。若商家結算幣別不同，再依 Mastercard 匯率換算。目前正式發行階段以虛擬卡為主，可直接用於線上付款，並透過 Apple Pay、Google Pay 或 Curve 等數位錢包進行線下感應式支付。退款通常退回對應的基礎法幣帳戶；目前尚未開放 ATM 現金提領。

SwissBorg is not safe
1. Their security is weak compared to other platforms. I was very easily hacked and $81k was stolen from my SwissBorg account. The same hackers tried to infiltrate 3 other platforms and were shut down with a small loss at one of the platforms before the account was serured.
2. A platform where I had a minor loss before they shut down the account, voluntarily repaid fees on notifying i was hacked.
SwissBorg would not offer the same courtesy even when asked for
3. SwissBorg automated response systems are good. But to try get human support is weak. I got a response only after a month, and only after Multiple attempts, and finally only under duress.

Contacted swissborg support and still no reply about a week later. The platform is clean and easy to use, not sure what's going on them, maybe the crypto rout is affecting their profits and they can't afford the staff. Edit: **31 July 2026, they picked up on my Trustpilot review and attempted to resolve my issue then asked for me to uypdate the review, apparently my support ticket was "lost" hence why i was ignored. Not great Swissborg!""

Wenn es schon beim KYC scheitert
Wenn es schon beim KYC scheitert, braucht man wohl nicht viel erwarten. Seit 1 Woche warte ich auf Freigabe. Support angeschrieben, auch keine richtige Antwort bekommen.
Update: anstatt eine ordentliche Mail zu schreiben, woran es liegt, wird wie ein kleines paziges Mädchen der Zugang zur App gesperrt.
