卡片概览
CEX.IO Card 原先属于 CEX.IO 交易平台支付生态的一部分，无需将资金转入独立卡账户。用户可从 CEX.IO Wallet 中选择最多四种加密资产，并设置扣款优先顺序，EUR 余额同时作为支付来源；消费发生时系统按优先顺序自动出售所需资产并以 EUR 完成 Mastercard 交易。该卡仅以虚拟形式发行，因此主要用于网络购物、订阅和连接移动钱包后的实体商户支付，不提供传统实体卡及 ATM 取现。原项目主要服务 EEA 居民。2026 年 1 月 Quicko 支付机构许可被波兰监管机构撤销后，CEX.IO 于 2 月 3 日关闭现有卡支付并停止新卡发行，目前 CEX.IO 交易、Wallet 等其他服务仍继续运营。

1、中国大陆：当前不能申请 CEX.IO Card，原卡也已停止所有支付，因此无法在中国大陆线上、线下商户继续使用，需等待新的卡项目发布。
2、香港：当前不能申请 CEX.IO Card，原有卡片支付已经停止，即使商户接受 Mastercard 也无法继续使用，需等待新卡项目开放。
3、澳门：当前不能申请 CEX.IO Card，原卡项目已停止交易处理，因此不能继续用于澳门线上、实体商户或订阅消费。
4、台湾：当前不能申请 CEX.IO Card，现有卡片支付已经停止，无法继续用于台湾 Mastercard 商户，新的卡项目上线后需重新核查资格。

I need help with the verification process, verification fail and I don't know why. nothing is wrong with my region, pic is clear of my id card, at first it says the lighting is too bright so I did it over again and that message didn't popped up and I'm still getting verification fail.

They take your money and hold it for well over a week to gain interest on it but claim it's for your own safety and to protect your assets...... What a joke they basically steal your money and then pay you back 8 or 9 days later. There is no instant trading unless you trade for other coins within the app you can't send any Bitcoin to any outside wallet or withdraw your money it's basically stuck on the app till they get their tiny bit of interest of you. Don't use this app they are thiefs.

feels to be a scam. I am verified and provided all docs of legal income over years. withdraw does not work. I ask them each few months when it will work. last time they removed support button from the interface all together. I lost my funds.

A horrible experience. They charged me $6. Both ways deposit and to send. And now they I holding my money that I sent after I got charged all that money I just deposited 40 bucks total minus 12 they are charging more than 25 percent on fees

So at first I was surprised at the platform and it's interface, makes everything very easy to understand. but after signing up and making a deposit of almost $1000 from my card, I have not been able to withdraw anything. and the customer support is really slow at responding, and the instructions they provide to withdraw does not match the options the app displays! you can't send crypto to anyone.it doesn't allow you!
