Dans mon cas, l'acheteur a prétendu que le code du bon avait déjà été utilisé, puis a disparu, conservant la somme sans rien payer en cryptomonnaie. Aucune enquête impartiale n'a été menée et personne n'a été tenu responsable. Après avoir analysé la situation et mes options, j'ai consulté ZFC afin de mieux comprendre les recours juridiques possibles en cas de vol d'actifs numériques et lorsqu'une plateforme ne protège pas les utilisateurs honnêtes ou ne résout pas correctement les litiges. Cette plateforme permet à des personnes mal intentionnées d'exploiter les vendeurs en toute impunité. Si vous tenez à votre argent et à votre temps, n'utilisez surtout pas ce site.

That company is super legit company

That company is super legit company. They sent the notification on my app to withdraw your funds because they winding down the operations. I submitted and within 2-5 minutes I got my funds back in another wallet. This company also greatly helped me previously when I forgot the backup keys and upon verifying through picture and ID verification they reset my account I got access to my funds. Not happy to see you closing your operations. God bless you guys.

They announced a shutdown but blocked withdrawals, closed the app and the website, leaving customers with no way to recover their money. This is highly unprofessional and shows that the platform was never safe or transparent. I strongly advise everyone not to trust this company and to use more reliable and regulated alternatives.
