Paysend is the bigest scamers and money stealers. They let you put money on account but you cant send, and the customer service thrue emails just telling there some issue but it will be resolved! 2 weeks later still the same! They must be prosequted and reported to financial ombutsmen for money frauds!

Scam

I sent a money transfer through Paysend, and it has now been a full month without the recipient receiving the money ( 598 EUR). Transaction number: 21961043100. During this entire time, I contacted customer support multiple times and wrote to all the email addresses I could find. However, instead of any real help, I only received generic template responses such as: “your payment is being processed.” After a whole month, the company still has not resolved the issue, has not provided any clear timeframe, has not explained the reason for the delay, and has not offered proper support. When it comes to money transfers, this kind of service is simply unacceptable. People use services like this to send money quickly and reliably, not to spend weeks chasing updates and getting no real answers. It honestly feels like once the transfer is sent, the customer is left alone with the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Paysend at all. If you are considering using this service, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may end up waiting for weeks with no solution and no meaningful communication.

They’ll bury you in paperwork over $10

Sent $10 through Paysend to a family member abroad. The transfer was rejected by the recipient’s bank and reversed on her end. That part is normal. What’s not normal is Paysend’s response. Instead of tracing the RRN (which they already have, and which shows exactly where the money is) support keeps asking me to get “official proof of reversal” from the recipient’s bank, hours on hold with a bank that isn’t even mine, over $10. If this is how they handle a small refund, imagine a bigger one. Lost a customer over $10.

its been 12 days my money has not been sent, and they lied that recipient banks declined the money. when I contacted the bank they said money had never arrived from paysend.DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. THEIR CHAT SUPPORT TAKES AGES TO REPLY. WORST DECISION TO CHOOSE THIS APP.

Failed Service & Terrible Support. it was working smoothly then suddenly it won't allow me to send anymore money. They want to verify my identity & it will only take 24hrs to verify. but its been over a month now & my account is still not working. I contacted customer support several times. you get a response from 7 days to never time frame. useless support. no progress has being made. i just gave up & i stop wasting my time. there are still dozens of remittance apps out there that i can use.
