fantomatiche commissioni addebitate

uso bitsa da diversi anni senza problemi, diverso tempo fa hanno rimosso la possibilità di eseguire bonifici. oggi entrando nell'app dopo diverso tempo [ho abbonamento move] mi son ritrovato 2 pagamenti uno da 120€ per una commissione annuale e uno da 25€ per una commissione di mantenimento mensile bitsa. non trovo scritto da nessuna parte sul loro sito che esistono queste commissioni anche perchè in diversi anni non ho mai pagato 1€ di canone se non l'abbonamento move da 8.99€ l'anno. non capisco cosa siano queste commissioni e ho già inviato un ticket al supporto. se davvero ci sono queste nuove commissioni chiuderò immediatamente il conto estinguendo il saldo residuo su un altro mio conto tramite l'assistenza. non intendo pagare certe cifre solo per tenerlo aperto specialmente se non lo utilizzo assiduamente. il problema più grande è che se fossero davvero state introdotte queste commissioni sarebbero dovute essere notificate via email per informare del cambio contrattuale secondo alla normativa europea PSD2 aggiornerò la recensione appena ho aggiornamenti. aggiornamento 27/10: ho contattato l'assistenza e mi ha detto che hanno notato l'errore e hanno girato il problema al dipartimento apposito per risolvere la questione e spero venga risolto che di regalare 145€ a caso senza preavviso non mi va molto a genio.

L'azienda mi ha RUBATO 100 € di una ricarica perchè il codice è scaduto e non vogliono rimborsare o accreditare sulla mia app. L'app ha dei problemi e dopo 4 mesi di tentativi di soluzione non sono ancora riusciti a risolvere. Con la scusa che il codice è scaduto per LORO INCOMPETENZA, non mi vogliono rimborsare.

Don’t use this bank ,they scam peoples money and freeze their accounts,my money is in their bank for going to three years now without no refund nor proper investigation and they freeze the account too.

HEAR ME OUT Bitsa IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! i WAS parked in my car trying to pull my cash out, squinting through the sun, and SUDDENLY!!!! The display went dark and Bitsa FROZE on me!!!! Just QUIT yelling and finish your nuggets Timmy!!!! They took it all, my entire balance vanished and they REJECTED my cash-out request!!!! i could not reach anyone on their worthless help line!!!! i was sobbing on the driveway (;︵;) but praise god Maestro Resolve SAVED THE DAY!!! They are the ONLY ones who can sort this disaster because the whole app is a rip-off!!!! NEVER TRUST THEM!!!!
