卡片概覽
Paxful Debit Card 於2020年透過 Ternio 的 BlockCard 白牌發卡平台推出，最初僅面向美國使用者。使用者可將 Paxful 帳戶中的數位資產轉換為美元卡片餘額，取得虛擬 Visa 卡或申請實體卡，並在 Visa 商家及 ATM 使用。底層 BlockCard 屬於可重複儲值的通用預付卡計畫，曾由 Metropolitan Commercial Bank 發行，CashPass Network 擔任計畫管理方。
該卡片已不再提供申請、儲值或支付服務。Paxful 於2025年10月宣布結束營運，並自2025年11月1日起停止交易、儲值、轉帳和錢包一般功能。目前 withdraw.paxful.com 並非卡片申請網站，而是關閉期間的餘額提領入口，僅允許符合資格的原有帳戶將剩餘數位資產轉入外部錢包。

提示: 原文Paxful已于2025/11/01停止交易、充值、发送、接收及卡片相关常规服务，当前仅保留数字资产提现功能。原有用户应尽快将全部余额转至正确的外部钱包，不得继续向旧Paxful充值地址转账；相关地址已停止监控，误转资产无法找回。受限制账户收到通知后30日内未提取余额，将按月收取余额2%或2美元中的较高金额。

That company is super legit company. They sent the notification on my app to withdraw your funds because they winding down the operations. I submitted and within 2-5 minutes I got my funds back in another wallet.
This company also greatly helped me previously when I forgot the backup keys and upon verifying through picture and ID verification they reset my account I got access to my funds.
Not happy to see you closing your operations. God bless you guys.

I had a terrible experience with Paxful. The platform is full of scammers, and unfortunately, the moderators seem to protect them instead of helping honest users. I opened a dispute and provided every piece of evidence they requested. For three months, they kept asking me to wait, and then suddenly they terminated my account without any explanation.
I lost both my time and my trust in Paxful. Be very careful if you decide to use this platform — their support system is unreliable, and you might end up losing your money with no help at all.

Paxful has frozen accounts and effectively stolen users’ funds. They announced a shutdown but blocked withdrawals, closed the app and the website, leaving customers with no way to recover their money.
This is highly unprofessional and shows that the platform was never safe or transparent.
I strongly advise everyone not to trust this company and to use more reliable and regulated alternatives.
