卡片概览
BitPay Card 采用先兑换、后消费的预付模式。用户从自托管加密钱包发起充值时，加密资产会按实时汇率出售并转换为美元，美元随后进入独立的卡片账户；商户消费和 ATM 取现直接扣除美元余额，不会在付款时继续持有或转移加密资产。活跃版本同时提供即时虚拟卡和邮寄实体卡，可用于线上购物、线下刷卡、手机钱包和现金提取，并曾提供按参与商户计算的自动返现。当前发卡计划没有开放申请，官网仅保留等待名单说明；美国消费者金融保护局登记的最后一版 BitPay 预付卡协议也已标记为撤回。

1、中国大陆：中国大陆居民不可申请；持有仍在有效期内的历史卡片可在接受境外 Mastercard 的商户使用，但境内国际卡受理范围有限。
2、香港：中国香港居民不可申请；持有仍有效历史卡片的用户可在接受 Mastercard 的线上和线下商户使用，并可尝试手机钱包支付。
3、澳门：中国澳门居民不可申请；持有仍有效历史卡片的用户可在接受 Mastercard 的商户消费，并按当地 ATM 和发卡规则取现。
4、台湾：中国台湾居民不可申请；持有仍有效历史卡片的用户可在接受国际 Mastercard 的商户使用，交易受商户和发卡风控限制。

They lose payments, then support forces you to install the app, then you can't log into the app because there's a passkey on pc and it didn't allow you to use 2fa anymore. Absolute dumpster fire.

The slowest crypto processing times ever... very frustrating... usually takes 40 minutes... this time, over an hour...I got a message that my order is delayed...it states that "all you have to do is sit back and wait"... this will be my last transaction here and then in an deleting this app....
