Am having serious issues with my Lootup account and my Bitpay account email address, I can't receive money with my Bitpay email address and Lootup have refuse to send funds in my Bitpay account what is the problem please help me out please 😭🙏🥺

Using bitpay to pay, an invoice was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life outside of being robbed with a gun and even that would be more preferable cause it's faster. Bitpay, knowingly and willfully hold your funds after they are well.Aware that it's not going to go through , they know that it would take seconds to return your funds , but they hold on to it. They do this On purpose to scam people.(holding enough funds for 2 days yields profits.) This is not a good company, and it is clearly run by immoral things. Because if they had an ounce of humanity, they would not run a business this way. Crypto is intentionally designed to be instant for a reason. They make sure it's not instant regardless of what platform you use.

Used their gateway to buy a service from a provider but their gateway is very bad, they ask for KYC even for small 15$ payment. I'm not US citizen why i've to do this?

Avoid bitpay ! They hold my crypto and refused to pay out!!!

i am extremely disappointed with bitpay’s services. They have been holding my funds hostage and completely refusing to process my crypto payout.Their customer support is virtually non-existent every timei try to resolve the issue i get automated, canned responses that lead nowhere. I feels completely unsafe to trust this platform with your money. Stay away from them
