Core Commitments
Advertising does not affect risk ratings
UCard Radar's A/B/C/D risk ratings are based on public information, fee structures, regional restrictions, KYC requirements, issuance structures, user feedback, risk events, and historical change records. Advertising partnerships, sponsored placements, and commission relationships do not raise or lower ratings.
Sponsorship does not affect organic rankings
Sponsored placements must be clearly labeled. Organic listings, risk rankings, fee-based sorting, regional filters, and KYC search results must not be forcibly altered because of a commercial partnership.
Risk information is not removed for payment
Card providers may submit correction materials or official responses, but they cannot demand the removal of risk events, negative-feedback summaries, regional restrictions, KYC policy changes, or fee records that remain supported by reliable evidence merely by paying.
Commercial relationships must be disclosed
Whenever content or a placement is presented because of sponsorship, commission, profile claiming, or another relationship involving consideration, that relationship must be disclosed through a dedicated label near the relevant content or a clearly identifiable commercial-relationship notice within the same content area. The specific relationship type is determined by what the page actually displays; an ordinary official link does not automatically become a partnership link merely because the destination site conducts commercial activities.
Types of Advertising and Commercial Partnerships
The following are commercial placement formats that may be evaluated under this policy; this does not mean that all are currently available. Availability, applicable pages, display periods, and disclosure labels for each format are subject to actual product capabilities, an effective partnership agreement, and the page's final display.
| Type | Display Location | Label Required? | Affects the Rating? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sponsored Profile | Card profile pages and card detail pages | Must be labeled Sponsored / Sponsored placement | Does not affect ratings |
| Banner Ads | Homepage, listing pages, and content pages | Must be labeled as an advertisement or Sponsored | Does not affect ratings |
| Partner Link | CTA on card detail pages | Must be labeled Partner Link or partnership link | Does not affect ratings |
| Affiliate Link | Official or partnership entry points | Disclosure is required | Does not affect ratings |
| Newsletter Sponsor | Email newsletters | Must be labeled Sponsor | Does not affect ratings |
| Report Sponsor | Industry reports | Must be labeled Sponsor | Does not affect report conclusions |
| Category Sponsor | Category or feature pages | Must be labeled Sponsored | Does not affect organic rankings |
| Claimed Profile | Card provider-claimed profile pages | Must be labeled Claimed | Does not constitute a recommendation |
How Advertising Is Kept Separate from Risk Ratings
- Risk ratings are determined by the scoring model and evidentiary sources.
- Rating dimensions include fee transparency, regional clarity, KYC compliance, issuance-structure transparency, user complaints, credibility of the brand entity, custody risk, and update stability.
- Advertising, sponsorships, commissions, and business partnerships are not rating dimensions.
- Material rating changes that affect public conclusions should retain the update time, supporting basis, and reason for the change.
- Card providers may submit official materials, but whether data or ratings are updated depends on evidence-verification results and the current rating methodology. Scores or grades cannot be specified through commercial partnerships.
- If an advertiser's product experiences a major risk event, UCard Radar may reassess its rating, add risk notices, and adjust, suspend, or terminate the relevant commercial placement.
Advertising We Do Not Accept
UCard Radar does not accept advertising that encourages compliance evasion, misleads users, or involves participation in the flow of funds.
- Evading identity verification, completing verification for others, or buying and selling identity information
- Handling deposits or withdrawals for others, third-party collections or payments, over-the-counter currency exchange, or digital-asset cash-out services
- Guaranteeing approval or availability, or promoting weakened identity checks as a selling point
- Evasion guides aimed at restricted regions
- Disguising a destination as an official entry point or impersonating a card provider
- High-risk financial products that fail to disclose material risks
- Directing users to evade risk controls, sanctions, regional restrictions, or regulatory requirements
- Advertising containing false return claims, principal guarantees, or exaggerated promotions
- Landing pages that infringe user privacy or collect sensitive information
How Users Can Identify Commercial Content
Sponsored
Indicates that the content is a sponsored placement.
Affiliate / Partner Link
Indicates that the link may generate commissions or partnership revenue for UCard Radar.
Claimed
Indicates that a card provider or issuer has claimed the profile page and may submit official information, but does not mean that UCard Radar recommends the product.
Official Link
Indicates an ordinary official entry point; a commercial partnership may not exist.
A commercial label identifies only a commercial relationship; it does not indicate a higher or lower risk level.
Advertising Review Process
If the platform makes an advertising or sponsorship format available, it will use the following process to determine whether the materials comply with this policy, the page experience, and display requirements. This process does not constitute legal, regulatory, or security certification of the advertiser, product, operating qualifications, regulatory status, or landing-page security.
- The advertiser submits brand, product, landing-page, and compliance materials.
- UCard Radar checks whether the advertising content involves a prohibited category.
- The platform checks whether a Sponsored / Affiliate / Partner Link label is required.
- The platform reviews whether the advertisement could mislead users about the risk rating.
- After approval, the advertisement is published as approved, with a commercial label displayed in the appropriate location.
- If product policies, regional restrictions, KYC requirements, the landing page, or risk conditions materially change during the display period, the platform may conduct a necessary re-review and adjust, suspend, or remove the advertisement.
Responsibilities of Advertisers and Partners
Advertisers must ensure that submitted identity, authorization, statement, pricing, restriction, and landing-page information is accurate, complete, and continuously valid, and must promptly report material changes to fees, regions, KYC, product status, regulatory status, or authorization relationships. They must not use platform review results as an endorsement in promotions or request identifiable user feedback or evidentiary materials.
Refusal, Adjustment, and Termination of Placements
UCard Radar may refuse, require changes to, suspend, or terminate commercial placements that violate this policy, lose necessary authorization, undergo material risk changes, or may mislead users. A previous review does not constitute continuing approval; necessary action does not prevent the platform from reassessing risk information under its current methodology.
Advertising Data and Targeting Boundaries
Advertising and partnership click data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. UCard Radar does not use evidence files, sensitive credentials, or identifiable user feedback for advertising targeting, nor does it provide such materials to advertisers.
Advertising Complaints and Corrections
If you believe that an advertisement, sponsored content, or partnership link is misleading, has an unclear commercial-relationship label, contains exaggerated claims, or otherwise violates this policy, you may submit the page link, a relevant explanation, and verifiable materials. Do not send complete bank card information, passwords, verification codes, private keys, or other sensitive credentials.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does advertising affect UCard Radar's risk ratings?
No. Risk ratings are based on public information, fee structures, regional restrictions, KYC requirements, issuance structures, user feedback, and risk events. Advertising partnerships are not a rating dimension.
Do Sponsored cards appear ahead of organic results?
Sponsored placements may appear separately, but they must be clearly labeled. Organic listings, fee-based sorting, risk rankings, and filtered results cannot be forcibly altered because of a sponsorship relationship.
Can card providers pay to remove negative feedback?
Risk information that remains accurate, relevant, and suitable for public disclosure cannot be removed merely because of payment. Card providers may submit correction materials; if content is inaccurate, duplicative, infringing, reveals private information, or legally requires action, it will be evaluated under the correction and privacy processes and applicable law.
Does Claimed mean that UCard Radar recommends the product?
No. Claimed only indicates that a card provider or issuer has claimed the profile page and may submit official information; it does not mean that UCard Radar recommends or endorses the product.
What should I do if I find a problem with an advertisement?
You can report the issue through support@ucardradar.com or the contact page. We will review the advertising content, commercial labels, landing page, and relevant risk information.
