A Chinese-language risk intelligence platform focused on crypto payment card information verification, risk ratings, and fee comparisons.
UCard Radar is a crypto payment card risk intelligence platform for Chinese-speaking crypto users, Web3 professionals, overseas Chinese communities, and people with cross-border payment needs. We do not act as a card application agent or participate in top-ups, withdrawals, currency exchange, payments on behalf of users, or fund custody. We also do not provide methods to bypass KYC, regional restrictions, or risk controls. Our core work is to organize information scattered across official websites, fee schedules, terms, user feedback, customer service records, public announcements, and risk incidents into searchable, comparable, and traceable data.

Pain Point 01
Card issuance fees, monthly fees, top-up losses, foreign exchange fees, ATM fees, and hidden costs are often scattered across different pages.
Pain Point 02
Supported regions, restricted regions, and eligibility requirements may change with product strategies, partner banks, and regulatory environments.
Pain Point 03
Information about identity checks, reverification, freezes, refund disputes, and card-blocking reports often comes from different channels.
Pain Point 04
Users need to distinguish organic information, commercial placements, partnership links, and genuine risk warnings.
Pain Point 05
Chinese-speaking users need searchable, comparable, and traceable information infrastructure for crypto payment cards.
Ratings are not advertising placements. Partnerships, sponsored placements, and Affiliate links do not directly improve ratings. Card providers cannot purchase ratings or organic rankings, or pay to remove risk warnings.
UCard Radar may earn revenue through Affiliate links, Sponsored Profile, advertising placements, industry reports, data services, and consulting services, but commercial partnerships must be disclosed and Sponsored content must be labeled.
Affiliate relationships do not affect risk ratings, advertising cannot purchase an A rating, and card providers cannot purchase organic rankings or demand the removal of genuine risk warnings. Card providers may submit correction materials, but all submissions must be reviewed.
Users may submit genuine usage feedback. Card providers may submit data corrections, official fee schedules, supported-region information, KYC requirements, FAQs, or product updates.
All correction requests require manual review. Claiming a profile does not mean the platform recommends the product.
UCard Radar provides information organization, risk analysis, and data comparisons. It does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or card application advice. Crypto payment card policies change rapidly, and fees, regions, KYC requirements, card issuance status, and payment compatibility may be adjusted at any time. Users should rely on the latest official information, local laws and regulations, and their own risk tolerance.
