PARTNERSHIP DISCLOSURE

Last Updated August 25, 2026

Partnership Links Do Not Affect Risk Ratings

We may receive support through certain partnership links, but these relationships must be publicly disclosed and separated from data review and risk-rating processes.

Core Commitments

Clear Labeling

Applicable commercial relationships should be disclosed through a dedicated label near the relevant link or button, or through a clearly visible commercial relationship statement within the same content area. Labels such as Affiliate, Sponsored, and Claimed indicate the corresponding relationship only when they are actually displayed on the page; ordinary official links not labeled as commercial content do not automatically indicate a partnership.

Rating Independence

Partnership relationships do not improve risk scores, change A/B/C/D ratings, or affect how fees, KYC, regional restrictions, issuing structures, and risk events are recorded.

Traceable Updates

Changes to partnership status, links, and related content retain administrative or audit records according to the type of change, enabling subsequent verification and correction.

Users First

Even when a product has a commercial relationship, identified fee opacity, regional restrictions, KYC policy changes, account restrictions, refund disputes, or regulatory risks are still recorded and disclosed under the same standards.

Why Does UCard Radar Accept Commercial Partnerships?

Maintaining a continuously updated crypto payment card risk intelligence database requires investment in data collection, manual verification, source management, user-feedback review, risk scoring, page maintenance, and technical infrastructure.

Commercial partnerships can help sustain UCard Radar's operations, but they cannot purchase ratings, organic rankings, or risk conclusions. The platform's goal is to maintain long-term, traceable, and comparable information infrastructure for crypto payment cards—not to act as a card application agent or provide funds-related services.

Revenue Methods and Click Attribution

Under valid partnership agreements, UCard Radar may receive fixed or variable revenue based on impressions, clicks, qualified leads, or other agreed outcomes; the specific structure varies by partnership. Commissions or sponsorship fees are not used as inputs for scoring, organic ranking, or correction decisions.

Clicks on partnership links may record the link or card identifier, source page, referring page, click time, and hashed IP and user-agent information for attribution, anti-fraud, and auditing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for specific processing methods and user rights.

What Can Partners Receive?

Partnership value centers on compliant promotion, information corrections, market reach, and long-term data collaboration.

Brand Exposure

Display brand information on card detail pages, comparison pages, topic pages, risk-rating pages, or designated advertising placements, provided that Sponsored status or the partnership relationship is clearly labeled.

Official Information Display

Partners may provide official fee schedules, supported regions, KYC requirements, product status, FAQ, and update announcements to help reduce user misunderstandings.

Information Correction Channel

If page information is outdated or incorrect, partners may submit official sources, announcements, or supporting materials for the platform to review and update.

Target-Audience Reach

Provide compliant visibility to users seeking information about crypto payment cards, Web3, and cross-border payments; placement locations and commercial relationships should be clearly labeled.

Aggregated Feedback Themes

Within the scope of the Privacy Policy and applicable authorizations, the platform may provide aggregated feedback themes that contain no identifiable personal information, helping partners understand common issues.

Long-Term Data Collaboration

Subject to mutual confirmation, the scope of collaboration may include industry reports, Newsletter sponsorships, B2B data services, market research, or branded profile services; the specific form depends on the services actually provided.

What If a Partner Believes the Information Is Incorrect?

Partners may submit official sources or supporting materials to request a correction. UCard Radar prioritizes verifiable information that can be publicly cited, such as official website announcements, fee schedules, help-center content, regulatory information, app-store pages, or written responses from official customer support.

A correction does not mean unconditional deletion. For user feedback, disputed events, and historical changes, the platform updates the information, adds explanations, or retains necessary records based on the evidentiary status; content that must legally be deleted, restricted, or further redacted is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Important Notice

UCard Radar only compiles public information, fee structures, regional restrictions, KYC requirements, issuing structures, risk ratings, user feedback, and historical change records. We do not provide card application, top-up, currency exchange, withdrawal, payment on users' behalf, custody of funds, KYC circumvention, or regional-restriction circumvention services. Users should rely on the latest official information and applicable local laws and regulations.
