One membership, on the web and in the app

A membership bought on the web is active as soon as you sign in to the app, and an in-app subscription works on the web too. Access is decided on our servers, so both are always identical.

Pay the currency, network, amount and address shown on the order, or subscribe in the app through the App Store or Google Play. Underpayments or late arrivals go to manual review.

Activated automatically
Access switches on once the server has verified the amount, currency, network and signature. The success page only reads the server-side order, so it can't misreport.

How is my membership activated after payment?

A webhook validates the amount, currency, network and signature, then activates access automatically with no manual step. The success page only reads the server-side order and membership state.

Does a membership bought on the web work in the app?

Yes. Membership belongs to your account, not your device: sign in to the app with the same account to get every benefit. In-app subscriptions work on the web too.

How do I renew or cancel an in-app subscription?

In-app subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play; renew or cancel in that store's subscription settings. Web subscriptions are managed in the web billing centre.

Why can't Pro export CSV?

To prevent one-off exports of the whole database, Pro includes neither CSV nor API. Business allows up to 10 CSV exports a month, enforced server-side.

Can Business be used commercially?

Business permits limited internal commercial use but prohibits bulk scraping, data resale and white-label resale. For external commercial licensing, contact us about Enterprise.

Does paying affect risk scores or ranking?

No. Paid membership never affects risk scores, organic ranking, or Sponsored and Affiliate disclosures.

How does Enterprise / API work?

Enterprise / API currently accepts partnership requirements only, with no automated payment or public fixed price. We scope it by data range, volume and licence.

UCard Radar Pro and Business are information subscriptions. The platform provides access to organized public information, risk ratings, source evidence, comparisons, monitoring, and reports. It does not provide crypto deposits, withdrawals, exchange, custody, wallet management, payment collection, investment advice, or financial services. Membership payments are processed by third-party providers, which may apply KYC/KYB, transaction review, or regional restrictions under their own rules.
