1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this platform, you agree to the following terms and related policies.
Operator, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution
The UCard Radar website and the information services provided directly by UCard Radar are operated by Shenzhen Tongda Smart IoT Technology Co., Ltd. The contact address is Area 5, 5th Floor, Building M2, Maqueling Industrial Park, Keji Zhonger Road, Science Park, Yuehai Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
- Under these terms, Shenzhen Tongda Smart IoT Technology Co., Ltd. is the operator and performing entity for the UCard Radar website and its directly provided information services. For subscription sales transactions, the company is also the seller and contracting party for the relevant transaction unless the checkout confirmation page, order confirmation, or receipt expressly identifies another entity as the seller or Merchant of Record. If another entity is expressly identified, its responsibilities for the transaction, collection of payment, taxes, fees, and refunds are determined by the pages and receipts effective at the time of the transaction and that entity's terms; this does not release the UCard Radar operator from responsibilities it must legally bear within the scope of its services.
- These terms, and disputes arising from or relating to services provided directly by UCard Radar, are governed by the laws of mainland China. Where the law imposes mandatory provisions concerning consumer contracts, governing law, or other matters, those provisions prevail.
- The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through support@ucardradar.com. If negotiations fail, either party may bring proceedings in accordance with law before a people's court with jurisdiction in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. This agreement does not alter statutory subject-matter jurisdiction or exclusive jurisdiction.
- This section does not limit or exclude any rights that consumers or other users enjoy by law and cannot waive by agreement, including the right, where permitted by applicable mandatory law, to choose another court with jurisdiction or a statutory dispute-resolution procedure.
Scope of Services
UCard Radar provides public information browsing, card search and comparison, fee and regional information, KYC and issuance structure explanations, risk ratings, source records, user feedback summaries, and account, favorites, membership subscriptions, monitoring, and reports through the website and iOS / Android mobile apps. The specific available features are subject to the page display, account permissions, and order confirmation.
User Rules
- Access and use this site lawfully, truthfully, and in good faith.
- Independently verify the latest official information and the laws and regulations applicable in your location.
- Provide verifiable sources when submitting feedback or correction requests.
- Do not submit another person's private information, sensitive credentials, false evidence, or unlawful content.
- Do not misleadingly present content from this site as an official promise or card-application advice.
Prohibited Uses
- Using content from this site to bypass KYC
- Using content from this site to evade regional restrictions
- Using content from this site to perform identity verification, top-ups, withdrawals, payments, currency conversion, or fund custody on behalf of others
- Using content from this site to commit fraud, launder money, cash out funds, evade sanctions, or evade regulation
- Submitting false feedback, fabricating evidence, or maliciously attacking card providers
- Without authorization, conducting large-scale automated scraping, mirroring, or copying for the purpose of circumventing access controls, affecting service stability, building a competing database, or reselling data; ordinary browsing, search-engine indexing, and reasonable quotation permitted by applicable law are not restricted by this item
- Impersonating UCard Radar or misleading users
Pricing, Payment, and Automatic Renewal
Prices, currencies, applicable taxes and fees, billing cycles, automatic renewals, and payment channels are subject to the checkout confirmation page and receipt. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the confirmed cycle until canceled. Cancellation usually only prevents future renewals; refunds for completed payments are separately governed by the Refund Policy. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, whose order and dispute rules may also apply.
Additional terms for mobile apps (iOS and Android)
This section applies to UCard Radar's iOS and Android mobile apps. The apps are part of the services provided directly by UCard Radar and share the same account system as the website. The remaining sections of these terms and the policies referenced therein also apply to the apps; this section only supplements the rules specific to the apps. By downloading, installing, or using the apps, you agree to these terms. If this section conflicts with other content of these terms, this section prevails with respect to the use of the apps.
License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, the operating entity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, solely for personal use or internal use by the organization you represent, and you must also comply with the usage rules set by the store from which you downloaded the apps. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, or distribute the apps, may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the apps (except as expressly permitted by applicable law), and may not bypass the apps' access controls, version restrictions, or security measures. The apps and all rights therein belong to the operating entity or its licensors.
Account and login
You may create or log in to an account using email, or, where provided by the apps, Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. The apps and the website use the same account, and favorites, follows, reminders, comments, and membership benefits are synchronized across both. When logging in through Apple or Google, the relevant authentication is also subject to Apple's or Google's terms.
In-app subscriptions and auto-renewal
Pro and Business memberships can be purchased in the apps as auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or annually, with the specific plans, prices, and currencies subject to the store purchase page display. Upon confirmation of purchase, the fee is charged to your Apple account or Google Play account. Unless you turn off auto-renewal before the end of the current billing period, the subscription will automatically renew and be charged for the same period: for subscriptions purchased in the App Store, auto-renewal must be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period; for subscriptions purchased in Google Play, the charge occurs at the start of the new billing period.
Trials and first-purchase offers
The apps may offer a free trial or a first-purchase offer price for eligible new subscriptions, with the specific duration, price, and eligibility subject to the store purchase page display. Each UCard Radar account may only enjoy one first-purchase offer in total across all platforms and all membership plans, and eligibility must satisfy both the store's and UCard Radar's conditions. If a free trial is provided, purchasing a subscription during the trial period will forfeit the remaining portion of the trial period; if not cancelled before the trial period ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Management, cancellation, refunds, and restore purchases
In-app subscriptions can only be managed or cancelled in the original store of purchase: App Store subscriptions are managed in the device's Apple account subscription settings, and Google Play subscriptions are managed in Google Play's "Payments and subscriptions." After cancellation, the subscription will not renew, and the benefits of the current paid period remain until the end of the period. Refunds for in-app purchases are determined and processed by Apple or Google according to their policies; please apply directly to the respective store, as UCard Radar cannot issue refunds on their behalf. Deleting the apps or deleting your UCard Radar account will not cancel the store subscription. After changing devices or reinstalling, you can use "Restore purchases" on the membership page of the apps. When logging in with the same account, valid membership benefits obtained through any channel are valid across the website and the apps, and no duplicate purchase is required.
Community content
Before posting comments in the apps, you must first read and accept the current version of the Community Rules. All comments are reviewed before publication. We have zero tolerance for abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, promotional, illegal, and other inappropriate content and abusive behavior. You can report comments or users in the apps, and you can also block other users; we will review reports, remove violating content, and may restrict or terminate the commenting privileges or accounts of violating users depending on the circumstances.
Notifications, permissions, and devices
Push notifications are an optional feature, and system permissions are requested only when you actively set notification preferences; you can turn them off at any time in system settings or in the apps; turning off notifications does not affect other features. The apps use network access to read data, and mobile data traffic fees are charged by your network service provider according to its agreement. Version updates and feature differences
To ensure security, compatibility, and data accuracy, we may release updates and may require upgrading to the minimum supported version before you can continue using the apps; older versions that are no longer supported may stop working. The apps do not provide all features of the website; features such as CSV export, report editing, data governance, and team backend are still only available on the website.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and associated data in the apps through "Settings → Account and security → Delete account," or you can initiate a request through the Delete account page without installing the apps. The scope of deletion, retention exceptions, and processing time limits are subject to that page.
Additional terms when obtaining the apps through the Apple App Store
If you download the apps from the Apple App Store, in addition to the other content of these terms, the following terms also apply; if they conflict with other content of these terms, the following terms prevail with respect to the apps.
- These terms are concluded solely between you and Shenzhen Tongda Smart IoT Technology Co., Ltd., and not with Apple Inc. The operating entity, not Apple, is solely responsible for the apps and their content. The usage rules for the apps set forth in these terms must not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms; in the event of a conflict, the usage rules of the Apple Media Services Terms prevail.
- The license granted to you is limited to using the apps on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms; however, the apps may also be accessed and used under those rules through Family Sharing or volume purchasing by other accounts associated with the purchaser.
- The operating entity is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the apps under these terms or applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance and support services for the apps.
- The operating entity is solely responsible for any express or statutory product warranties it has not effectively disclaimed. If the apps fail to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the apps to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the apps, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from any failure to conform to any warranty are the responsibility of the operating entity.
- For any claims by you or any third party relating to the apps or your possession and use of the apps, including but not limited to: product liability claims; claims that the apps fail to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws, the operating entity, not Apple, is responsible for handling them.
- If any third party claims that the apps or your possession and use of the apps infringe its intellectual property rights, the operating entity, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- You represent and warrant that: you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo, or in a country or region designated by the U.S. government as "supporting terrorism"; and you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

- When using the apps, you must comply with applicable third-party agreement terms, such as your mobile network service agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Additional terms when obtaining the apps through Google Play
If you download the apps from Google Play, in addition to the other content of these terms, the following terms also apply.
- The download, updates, and in-app purchases of the apps are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's payment-related terms. In-app purchases are processed by the Google Play billing system.
- These terms are concluded solely between you and the operating entity. Google LLC and its affiliates are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the apps, their content, maintenance, or support, except as otherwise provided in the Google Play terms.
- Cancellation, refunds, grace periods after failed charges, and account suspension for Google Play subscriptions are handled according to Google Play's rules; membership benefits remain valid during the grace period, are suspended during account suspension, and automatically resume after payment is restored.
- The first-purchase offer provided through Google Play is a paid offer price, not a free trial, and the specific price and duration are subject to the Google Play purchase page display.

Content on this site is compiled from public sources, structured information, and reviewed feedback available at the relevant time. Product fees, regions, KYC, card-issuance status, and third-party services may change at any time, and pages may contain delays, omissions, or errors. Rules for User Feedback and Evidence Submissions
Submitters must ensure that they have the right to provide the relevant content and that it is accurate and lawful. By submitting, they authorize UCard Radar to retain, review, and redact it to the extent necessary to provide the services. A redacted summary may be displayed only after the user has authorized publication and the content has passed review. We may reject, hide, or remove content that cannot be verified, is unlawful or infringing, reveals private information, or is misleading.
Intellectual Property and Content Use
- This site's pages, structured data, rating explanations, page designs, and original content are protected by applicable law.
- Reasonable quotation of page links and short summaries is permitted, but bulk scraping, mirroring, resale, or presentation as a proprietary database is prohibited.
- Third-party brands, logos, trademarks, and materials belong to their respective rights holders and are used only for informational identification and comparison.
Accounts, Memberships, and Access Permissions
Users must properly safeguard their account credentials and must not share membership benefits without authorization. Pro and Business are paid information subscriptions. Prices, billing cycles, automatic renewals, and cancellation methods are subject to the checkout confirmation page, receipt, and payment-service-provider records. Cancellations and refunds are handled separately, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Administrative and evidence-review permissions are available only to authorized personnel.
User-Submitted Content and Necessary Licenses
Submitters retain the rights they lawfully hold in their original content and grant UCard Radar the non-exclusive license necessary to receive, store, review, verify, and redact the content and, where authorization has been obtained, publish summaries. This license does not transfer the submitter's ownership. Submitters must ensure that they have the right to provide the materials and must not upload content that infringes another person's rights, reveals private information, or contains sensitive credentials.
Service Availability and Changes
Service features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued because of maintenance, security, product adjustments, third-party dependencies, or legal requirements. UCard Radar will maintain the services and explain changes that materially affect users to the extent reasonably practicable, but does not guarantee that all features will remain available, error-free, or accessible in every region.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
To protect account and system security, address nonpayment, stop fraud or abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with legal requirements, UCard Radar may restrict or suspend relevant accounts, content, or features. Notice will be provided where reasonably practicable, except in cases of urgent security or legal risk. Termination or suspension does not affect accrued payments, disputes, intellectual property rights, liability boundaries, or provisions that must remain effective by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UCard Radar is not liable for losses or disputes arising from a user's use of third-party cards, wallets, exchanges, payment services, or financial services based on information from this site. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms because of changes to the services, data-processing practices, or legal requirements, and will indicate the effective date or update date on this page. Material changes may be explained through a page notice or another appropriate method. Where separate consent is required by law, an appropriate confirmation process will be provided.
