Operator, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution
The UCard Radar website and the information services provided directly by UCard Radar are operated by Shenzhen Tongda Smart IoT Technology Co., Ltd. The contact address is Area 5, 5th Floor, Building M2, Maqueling Industrial Park, Keji Zhonger Road, Science Park, Yuehai Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
- Under these terms, Shenzhen Tongda Smart IoT Technology Co., Ltd. is the operator and performing entity for the UCard Radar website and its directly provided information services. For subscription sales transactions, the company is also the seller and contracting party for the relevant transaction unless the checkout confirmation page, order confirmation, or receipt expressly identifies another entity as the seller or Merchant of Record. If another entity is expressly identified, its responsibilities for the transaction, collection of payment, taxes, fees, and refunds are determined by the pages and receipts effective at the time of the transaction and that entity's terms; this does not release the UCard Radar operator from responsibilities it must legally bear within the scope of its services.
- These terms, and disputes arising from or relating to services provided directly by UCard Radar, are governed by the laws of mainland China. Where the law imposes mandatory provisions concerning consumer contracts, governing law, or other matters, those provisions prevail.
- The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through support@ucardradar.com. If negotiations fail, either party may bring proceedings in accordance with law before a people's court with jurisdiction in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. This agreement does not alter statutory subject-matter jurisdiction or exclusive jurisdiction.
- This section does not limit or exclude any rights that consumers or other users enjoy by law and cannot waive by agreement, including the right, where permitted by applicable mandatory law, to choose another court with jurisdiction or a statutory dispute-resolution procedure.
Scope of Services
UCard Radar provides public-information browsing, card search and comparison, fee and regional information, explanations of KYC and issuance structures, risk ratings, source records, user-feedback summaries, and information features such as accounts, favorites, membership subscriptions, monitoring, and reports. Specific available features are subject to what is displayed on the relevant page, account permissions, and the order confirmation.
User Rules
- Access and use this site lawfully, truthfully, and in good faith.
- Independently verify the latest official information and the laws and regulations applicable in your location.
- Provide verifiable sources when submitting feedback or correction requests.
- Do not submit another person's private information, sensitive credentials, false evidence, or unlawful content.
- Do not misleadingly present content from this site as an official promise or card-application advice.
Prohibited Uses
- Using content from this site to bypass KYC
- Using content from this site to evade regional restrictions
- Using content from this site to perform identity verification, top-ups, withdrawals, payments, currency conversion, or fund custody on behalf of others
- Using content from this site to commit fraud, launder money, cash out funds, evade sanctions, or evade regulation
- Submitting false feedback, fabricating evidence, or maliciously attacking card providers
- Without authorization, conducting large-scale automated scraping, mirroring, or copying for the purpose of circumventing access controls, affecting service stability, building a competing database, or reselling data; ordinary browsing, search-engine indexing, and reasonable quotation permitted by applicable law are not restricted by this item
- Impersonating UCard Radar or misleading users
Pricing, Payment, and Automatic Renewal
Prices, currencies, applicable taxes and fees, billing cycles, automatic renewals, and payment channels are subject to the checkout confirmation page and receipt. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the confirmed cycle until canceled. Cancellation usually only prevents future renewals; refunds for completed payments are separately governed by the Refund Policy. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, whose order and dispute rules may also apply.

Content on this site is compiled from public sources, structured information, and reviewed feedback available at the relevant time. Product fees, regions, KYC, card-issuance status, and third-party services may change at any time, and pages may contain delays, omissions, or errors. We may reject, hide, or remove content that cannot be verified, is unlawful or infringing, reveals private information, or is misleading.
Intellectual Property and Content Use
- This site's pages, structured data, rating explanations, page designs, and original content are protected by applicable law.
- Reasonable quotation of page links and short summaries is permitted, but bulk scraping, mirroring, resale, or presentation as a proprietary database is prohibited.

Accounts, Memberships, and Access Permissions

Cancellations and refunds are handled separately, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Administrative and evidence-review permissions are available only to authorized personnel.
User-Submitted Content and Necessary Licenses
Submitters retain the rights they lawfully hold in their original content and grant UCard Radar the non-exclusive license necessary to receive, store, review, verify, and redact the content and, where authorization has been obtained, publish summaries. This license does not transfer the submitter's ownership. Submitters must ensure that they have the right to provide the materials and must not upload content that infringes another person's rights, reveals private information, or contains sensitive credentials.
Service Availability and Changes
Service features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued because of maintenance, security, product adjustments, third-party dependencies, or legal requirements. UCard Radar will maintain the services and explain changes that materially affect users to the extent reasonably practicable, but does not guarantee that all features will remain available, error-free, or accessible in every region.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
To protect account and system security, address nonpayment, stop fraud or abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with legal requirements, UCard Radar may restrict or suspend relevant accounts, content, or features. Notice will be provided where reasonably practicable, except in cases of urgent security or legal risk. Termination or suspension does not affect accrued payments, disputes, intellectual property rights, liability boundaries, or provisions that must remain effective by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UCard Radar is not liable for losses or disputes arising from a user's use of third-party cards, wallets, exchanges, payment services, or financial services based on information from this site. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms because of changes to the services, data-processing practices, or legal requirements, and will indicate the effective date or update date on this page. Material changes may be explained through a page notice or another appropriate method. Where separate consent is required by law, an appropriate confirmation process will be provided.
