Understand These Boundaries Before Using UCard Radar Information

UCard Radar compiles public information and structured facts about crypto payment cards, as well as feedback materials that have documented sources and have completed the applicable review. It also provides risk ratings, comparisons, monitoring, and membership information services. The platform does not issue or sell third-party cards, manage third-party card accounts, or provide top-ups, currency exchange, withdrawals, payments on users' behalf, or custody of funds.

  • Information may change or be incomplete
  • Ratings are not safety certifications
  • We do not handle funds for third-party card products
  • Statutory rights are unaffected

Content on this site does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or card application advice, nor does it guarantee that any product is safe, compliant, continuously available, or suitable for a particular user. Third-party card products and UCard Radar Pro/Business information subscriptions are separate services: disputes concerning third-party card accounts or funds should be directed to the relevant provider; accounts, orders, cancellations, and refunds for UCard Radar subscriptions are handled under this site's terms and refund policy.

  • Display published source information, verification status, and available update dates
  • Provide A/B/C/D risk bands, component-level reasons, and risk disclosures based on the current methodology
  • Collect and review user feedback, correction materials, and public risk signals
  • Provide card search, comparison, favorites, monitoring, reports, and membership information features
  • Handle disputes concerning this site's public information and rating basis through the correction policy

Third-Party Card Services We Do Not Provide

  • We do not issue, sell, arrange, or act as an agent for third-party payment cards
  • We do not apply for accounts, submit KYC, or operate third-party card accounts on users' behalf
  • We do not provide top-ups, withdrawals, currency exchange, payments on users' behalf, wallets, or custody of funds for third-party card products
  • We do not help users circumvent KYC, regional restrictions, sanctions, regulation, or platform risk controls

  • We do not handle account or fund disputes on behalf of card providers, issuers, card networks, wallets, or exchanges

UCard Radar is an independent platform that provides information compilation and risk research services and may offer paid information subscriptions. It is not an issuer, sales agent, payment channel, wallet, custodian of funds, or financial intermediary for third-party card products.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

Page content is based on sources available when the information was compiled or verified. Product names, fees, regions, KYC, issuing relationships, app status, payment compatibility, and service policies may change without notice to UCard Radar and may also vary by product version, place of residence, account status, or access region.

  • Pages may contain omissions, delays, translation errors, unavailable sources, or unresolved conflicts.
  • A source marked “Verified” reflects its governance status in the current records and may result from a default value for its source category or an adjustment by authorized personnel; it is not equivalent to independent fact-checking and does not mean the relevant content will remain permanently accurate, complete, or applicable to all users.
  • When evidence is insufficient, information should be marked as unconfirmed, pending verification, or disputed, but this still cannot guarantee that all unknown information has been identified.
  • Official information is generally an important basis, but it may also be outdated, limited in scope, or inconsistent with regulatory records and actual implementation.
  • Before taking action, check the product's current official information and applicable agreements and, where applicable, also verify information from the issuer, payment service provider, regulator, and laws in your location.

This site is not a real-time status service. Consider the page's latest update time, source date, product version, region, and account conditions when determining whether information remains applicable.

Meaning and Limitations of Risk Ratings

A/B/C/D ratings are editorial risk summaries based on the evidence available at the time and the current methodology. They are intended to compare information transparency, policy stability, and identified risk signals; they are not credit ratings, legal determinations, safety certifications, recommendations, or return forecasts.

A: Identified risk is relatively low based on the available evidence; this does not mean the product is completely safe.
B: Some limitations or uncertainties exist; this does not mean the product is suitable for all users.
C: Multiple risk signals or significant information gaps exist, requiring enhanced verification.
D: Significant or concentrated high-risk signals exist; this does not constitute a legal conclusion about the entity.
Unrated: Critical evidence is insufficient and must not be interpreted as low risk or no risk.

New sources, policy changes, regulatory events, service disruptions, or verified feedback trends may all trigger a review; no rating is guaranteed to remain unchanged.

Common Risks When Using Third-Party Card Products

Fee and Exchange-Rate Risks

Card issuance, top-up, spending, FX, ATM, refund, account closure, and third-party network fees may change, while currency, region, plan, and transaction type may also affect the amount actually charged. Published fee schedules may be incomplete or outdated.

Regional, Legal, and Sanctions Risks

Application and usage conditions may be affected by residence, nationality, issuing region, card network, merchant, sanctions, foreign-exchange controls, and local regulation; travel or network location does not establish legal eligibility.

KYC, Account, and Risk-Control Risks

Requirements concerning identity, address, source of funds, or secondary reviews may change. Failed reviews, inconsistent information, or real-time risk controls may cause an application to fail, transactions to be restricted, or an account to be suspended; this site cannot guarantee an outcome or appeal on a user's behalf.

Payment Compatibility and Merchant Decline Risks

Whether Apple Pay, Google Pay, subscriptions, POS, ATM, or transactions with particular merchants succeed may depend on the issuing region, card range, billing address, merchant rules, and real-time risk controls; another person's successful experience does not guarantee your result.

Issuer, Partner, and Service Continuity Risks

Card products may depend on operating entities, issuers, card networks, banks, EMI, processors, or app services. Termination of partnerships, changes of entity, delisting, service discontinuation, or insolvency may affect how accounts and balances are handled.

Digital Asset and Network Risks

If a third-party product involves stablecoins or other digital assets, it may also be exposed to price or depegging risks, on-chain fees, network congestion, incorrect addresses, irreversible transactions, and wallet or exchange restrictions. UCard Radar does not handle or recover such funds.

Phishing, Impersonation, and Account Security Risks

Imitation websites, malicious apps, impersonated customer support, fake social-media accounts, and account takeovers may steal credentials or induce transfers. Independently verify domains, app publishers, and official contact channels, and never provide anyone with passwords, verification codes, private keys, seed phrases, or remote-control access.

External Links and Third-Party Services

Pages may contain links to official product websites, official access points, Affiliate, Partner, Sponsored, or source materials. Links are provided only for identification, verification, or commercial disclosure and do not mean that UCard Radar controls third-party websites or automatically constitute a recommendation, certification, or endorsement.

  • Before visiting, verify the domain, operating entity, HTTPS, applicable terms, privacy policy, and current risk disclosures.
  • Third parties may independently change their pages, products, fees, regions, KYC, account rules, and refund rules; this site cannot guarantee that links will always be safe, accurate, or available.
  • Applications, verification, top-ups, spending, refunds, freezes, and closures for third-party card accounts are handled by the relevant provider.
  • UCard Radar's own membership orders, account support, and refunds are not third-party card product disputes and should be handled under this site's Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
  • Links with commercial relationships will be labeled in accordance with the Affiliate Disclosure or Advertising Policy; commercial relationships do not affect risk scoring.

User Feedback, Third-Party Reviews, and Community Signals

User submissions, screenshots, app-store reviews, Trustpilot, Reddit, X, media reports, or other public discussions can help identify issues, but they may be anonymous, duplicated, manipulated, lacking context, or applicable only to a specific product, region, account, and time.

  • Before using feedback or evidentiary materials, verify the subject, time, context, independence, and authorization for public disclosure.
  • Access to sensitive materials should be restricted or the materials should be redacted; submitters must not provide passwords, verification codes, private keys, seed phrases, or information they are not authorized to disclose.
  • A single piece of feedback or an ordinary social-media post will not automatically change a rating and cannot be generalized to all users.
  • Multiple independent and consistent materials may form a trend signal, but they must still be deduplicated, verified, and assessed for their scope of applicability.
  • Confirmed announcements from official accounts should be assessed separately from content posted by ordinary users or KOLs.

Boundaries for Advertising, Partnerships, and Profile Claims

UCard Radar may display commercial statuses such as Sponsored, Affiliate, Partner Link, Newsletter Sponsor, Report Sponsor, or Claimed. These are disclosed separately, are not rating dimensions, and cannot replace evidence verification.

  • Paid partnerships cannot purchase scores, ratings, or organic rankings.
  • Affiliate commissions do not mean that the platform recommends a product or guarantees the outcome of third-party services.
  • Claimed only indicates that a profile has been claimed; it does not constitute certification, recommendation, or endorsement.
  • Partners may submit correction materials, but whether they are accepted depends on the same evidentiary and correction standards.
  • Payment cannot be used to demand the removal of risk information that remains truthful, relevant, and suitable for public disclosure; erroneous, duplicate, infringing, privacy-related content, or content that must be handled by law will still be addressed through the applicable process.
  • When new risk evidence emerges, ratings may be reviewed and commercial displays may be adjusted or terminated in accordance with the Advertising Policy.

Users' Verification Responsibilities Before Making Decisions

Users should verify product eligibility, fees, regions, KYC, tax, foreign exchange, payment, sanctions, and consumer-protection requirements in light of their own circumstances, and read the current agreements between themselves and third-party providers.

  • Confirm that you are using the correct domain, product version, issuing region, and applicable account type.
  • Verify all fees, automatic renewals, fund flows, refunds, freezes, and account-closure rules.
  • Do not treat risk ratings, comparison results, community experiences, or partnership links as guarantees.
  • Seek advice from a qualified professional if you are uncertain about legal, tax, or compliance obligations.
  • Properly protect your accounts, payment credentials, identity information, wallet keys, and verification codes.
  • Users are responsible for assessing decisions to use third-party products and their ordinary risks; to the extent permitted by applicable law, UCard Radar is not responsible for the conduct of third-party providers or service outcomes, but this statement does not exclude consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Prohibited Uses of This Site

You must not use this site's content, accounts, links, or submission channels to engage in illegal, fraudulent, infringing, regulatory-evasive, or harmful conduct.

  • Misappropriating, buying, selling, or falsifying identity information
  • Completing identity reviews or account operations for others
  • Circumventing KYC, regional restrictions, sanctions, or platform risk controls
  • Fraud, money laundering, cash-out schemes, or concealment of the source of funds
  • Accessing, controlling, or reselling another person's account without authorization
  • Submitting false feedback, fabricating evidence, or disclosing another person's private information
  • Misusing the UCard Radar brand under the guise of providing top-ups, withdrawals, currency exchange, payments on users' behalf, or custody services
  • Any other conduct that violates applicable law, this site's terms, or third-party platform rules

This page is not a guide to circumventing restrictions. Report suspicious content, impersonation, or illegal use through the contact page.

How to Submit Errors, Disputes, and Complaints

If a user believes that this site's information about fees, regions, KYC, issuing relationships, risk ratings, sources, commercial disclosures, or user-feedback summaries is incorrect, the user should identify the specific page and field and provide verifiable materials they are authorized to submit.

  1. Submit the page link, card name, disputed field, and proposed correction.
  2. Provide official links, announcements, screenshots, emails, or other materials, and explain their date and scope of applicability.
  3. Remove passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, private keys, seed phrases, and unrelated personal information.
  4. UCard Radar checks existing sources, submitted materials, and conflicting information.
  5. When evidence supports a correction, the relevant field or public explanation is updated; when a claim is only partially substantiated, only the verifiable portion is updated.
  6. When a rating is affected, the relevant components are reviewed under the current methodology; available update times and necessary explanations are retained for significant public changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is UCard Radar a card application platform or an agent for card providers?

No. This site provides information and risk research services and does not issue, sell, arrange, or act as an agent for third-party card products.

Can a risk rating guarantee safety?

No. A rating reflects only identified risks and information gaps under the current evidence and methodology. It cannot identify every unknown risk or guarantee future conditions.

Why might official information still be insufficient?

Official information may be outdated, limited in scope, or inconsistent with regulatory records and actual implementation; check the date, product, region, and other primary sources.

Does a partnership link constitute a recommendation?

No. Commercial relationships are disclosed separately, do not affect scoring, and do not guarantee the outcome of third-party services.

Will UCard Radar handle my refund?

Fund and refund disputes involving third-party card providers, issuers, wallets, or exchanges are handled by the relevant provider; cancellations and refunds for UCard Radar Pro/Business information subscriptions are handled under this site's Refund Policy.

Will community reports directly change a rating?

Not automatically. Only materials that match a specific subject and time, have been verified, and can support a rating dimension may be considered in a review.

What should I do if information on a page is incorrect?

Submit the specific field and verifiable materials through the Correction Policy or contact page; do not send sensitive credentials or personal information you are not authorized to disclose.
