Delivery options
Public read-only JSON endpoints
Cards, fees, regions, KYC, risk ratings and alerts each have a public endpoint, with no key required and up to 50 records per page. Good for assessing data quality; commercial use needs a licence first.
CSV export in a Business subscription
Business members can export cards, risk events and watchlists from their account, up to 200 rows per file within a monthly allowance.
Contracted bulk delivery
Full snapshots, scheduled files, exports of other datasets and webhook pushes are scoped and scheduled when a contract is signed. They are not self-service features.
Updates and verification
- Every card, fee, region and KYC record carries an update time and a confidence level, and its source traces back to a specific page.
- Field changes are written to a change log, so data can be sorted by update time and fetched incrementally.
- We make no blanket promise on update frequency; the licence sets how often the data you need is checked.
Commercial licence boundaries
- Keep the source attribution and do not present the data as UCard Radar recommending a card.
- Without a licence, do not bulk-collect, mirror or copy the data to build a competing database or for resale.
- A licence never changes any card’s risk rating and carries no influence over rating outcomes.
- White-label display, redistribution and other uses outside the contract need a separate agreement.
Security and privacy
- Licensed data covers only public information about cards and issuers. It contains no user’s personal information or account data.
- Business export files are kept in private storage and can only be downloaded by the account that created them.

UCard Radar Pro and Business are information subscriptions. The platform provides access to organized public information, risk ratings, source evidence, comparisons, monitoring, and reports. It does not provide crypto deposits, withdrawals, exchange, custody, wallet management, payment collection, investment advice, or financial services. Membership payments are processed by third-party providers, which may apply KYC/KYB, transaction review, or regional restrictions under their own rules.
