Every endpoint is read-only and returns the same JSON envelope: data, pagination and meta.

Access rules
- Anonymous requests return the fields visible on the free plan; signed-in members get more fields according to their plan.
- Paginate with page and pageSize; pageSize is capped at 50.
- Use the locale parameter for labels and translations in a given language; text not yet translated is marked as a fallback.
- Keep request rates reasonable. Bulk collection to build a database or for resale requires a licence first.
Commercial licence boundaries
- Keep the source attribution and do not present the data as UCard Radar recommending a card.
- Without a licence, do not bulk-collect, mirror or copy the data to build a competing database or for resale.
- A licence never changes any card’s risk rating and carries no influence over rating outcomes.
- White-label display, redistribution and other uses outside the contract need a separate agreement.

UCard Radar Pro and Business are information subscriptions. The platform provides access to organized public information, risk ratings, source evidence, comparisons, monitoring, and reports. It does not provide crypto deposits, withdrawals, exchange, custody, wallet management, payment collection, investment advice, or financial services. Membership payments are processed by third-party providers, which may apply KYC/KYB, transaction review, or regional restrictions under their own rules.
