Card overview

CoinZoom Visa Card connects directly to the user's CoinZoom Spend Wallet. Users must select one USD or crypto asset as the current spending asset in the app. When a payment is initiated, CoinZoom sells enough of that asset at the market price and converts it into USD. Each transaction can use only one asset and cannot combine balances from multiple wallets. After completing account verification and depositing spendable funds, users can immediately view the virtual card and may separately apply for a physical card with chip, PIN, and contactless payment support. The card supports online shopping, in-store purchases, recurring bills, Google Pay, and ATM withdrawals. Prime tier depends on the amount of ZOOM held in the account. As the tier increases, cashback rates, spending limits, withdrawal limits, and certain account benefits increase without requiring a new card application.

Warning to anyone considering using…

Warning to anyone considering using CoinZoom: please exercise extreme caution. It has now been over three months, and I still do not have access to my funds. My account remains blocked, and despite sending numerous emails and support requests, I have received no meaningful response. My support ticket number is #245216. I have submitted several messages through your support portal, but they have gone unanswered. The level of customer service I have experienced has been extremely disappointing. Is this how you operate your platform and treat your customers? I am calling on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to investigate CoinZoom’s business practices and how it handles customer funds. CoinZoom, either close my account and refund my funds to the originating account immediately, or unblock my account and restore my full access to my funds. Three months is far too long to hold a customer’s funds while failing to provide updates or respond to support requests. Until my issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience. If you value responsive customer support and timely access to your funds, I urge you to carefully research CoinZoom before using its services.

Very frustrating

Very frustrating, you can’t get a hold of an actual representative to help with your problems. Coinzoom is not responding to emails regarding refunds and unblocking my account. This company is a fraud and should be investigated by SEC and CFBP for bad business practices and holding customers funds without proper explanation or direction

This company truly needs to be investigated by Government regulators for unfair and deceptive business practices. Very, very poor customer service, Unable to speak with a live person. For numerous months, the company has been non-responsive regarding my refund. They have had ample opportunities to complete and return my refund.

I have used the same Solana deposit…

I have used the same Solana deposit address in my CoinZoom account for about a year without any issues. Recently, I deposited $350 to that address, but the funds never appeared in my account. While checking my Solana wallet history, I tapped the "Receive" button and watched the deposit address change on my screen. I immediately contacted support, but I was told that deposit addresses do not change on their own. That response doesn't match what I experienced. My main concern is that my deposit was sent to the address that had been assigned to my account, and now my $350 is missing. Support has stopped responding, and I have not received a clear explanation or a resolution. I am asking CoinZoom to investigate what happened, explain why the deposit address changed, and either locate my funds or reimburse the missing $350. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I hope the issue is resolved promptly.
