Trade Republic Card is a Visa debit card provided by Trade Republic Bank GmbH and linked to the user's Trade Republic cash and bank accounts. Card overview

The card is inseparable from the Trade Republic bank account and essentially serves as the spending layer within its combined “bank account + investment account + crypto asset account” ecosystem. Standard card transactions are debited directly from the account’s cash balance. When Crypto Spending is enabled, users can select one or more supported crypto assets in the App and define the order in which they should be used. When a transaction occurs, Trade Republic sells a sufficient amount of the selected assets and completes the payment in euros. The card therefore functions both as a conventional bank debit card and as a tool for converting custodied crypto assets into card payment funds in real time, without requiring users to preload assets into a separate crypto card balance. It is currently available as a virtual card as well as two physical versions, Classic and Mirror.

This is the most disastrous customer service ever. I tried contacting people for two days to fix a verification issue, I just got pushed around with a worthless help in the app, the chat I opened with support closed and said it was not helping with onboarding, but did not say who would, and the request via email was denied. Now I can't even delete my account. Can not recommend at all

Unable to go through identification. I've attempted more than one time to go through the sign-up process again hoping that it would allow me to do the identification again, but unfortunately the app gets stuck on "unable to verify your identity" every time. Moreover there is really no way to contact the customer service unless you are registered.

Ich benutze Trade Republic seit einer Weile und bin einfach durchgängig zufrieden. Ich kann jedem Trade Republic nur weiterempfehlen. Mir fällt beim besten willen keine Kritik ein, außer dass man besser Abgänge und Eingänge kenntlich machen könnte (farblich z.B. rot, grün). Wunderbar, benutzerfreundlich, einfach, super praktische Funktionen. Mehr als Trade Republic bietet keine Bank/Broker kostenlos.

Legitimierung klappt technisch nicht

Würd mich ja gerne seit ein paar Tagen legitimieren, allerdings bringt bei dem Prozess die App ständig irgend was mit Netzwerkfehler - WLAN an oder aus, mit anderen Geräten auch probiert das gleiche. Paar mal auch deinstalliert. Alle anderen Apps funktionieren tadellos. Hilfe sucht man vergeblich - oder ich bin zu blöd zu finden- deswegen geb ich ne schlechte Bewertung weil sonst keine Chance der Kontaktaufnahme. So wird das leider nix.
