Bitmama Card is a stablecoin payment card service offered by Bitmama to users in Africa. The cards currently in operation are primarily Visa virtual cards. After completing Level 3 identity verification, users can fund a US dollar card with stablecoins such as USDT and USDC for international online shopping, subscriptions and digital service payments. Bitmama currently serves mainly users in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, while the physical card remains at the waitlist stage.

Bitmama, established in 2017, is a leading licensed cryptocurrency retail trading platform and cross-border payment service provider focused on Pan-Africa and global emerging markets. Through highly localized mobile apps and enterprise-grade APIs, the platform helps users conveniently deposit, withdraw, and stake Bitcoin and stablecoins using local fiat currencies such as the Nigerian Naira, Ghanaian Cedi, and Kenyan Shilling. Card overview
Bitmama's card service has undergone changes in its issuing partner. The original Mastercard virtual card was suspended in November 2024 because of an issue with the card provider, and arrangements were made to return card balances to Bitmama Wallet. Visa virtual card services subsequently continued. Recent card-verification materials from 2026 still show that the Visa virtual card is available, while the website's dedicated Virtual Crypto Card page retains historical references to Mastercard, old colour tiers, and “free card issuance”. The Mastercard status shown on that page therefore cannot be treated directly as the current issuance status. The current card is funded with stablecoins held in the Bitmama custodial wallet, which are converted into a US dollar card balance for online payments.

May God punish who ever is behind this app I funded my account with the last money I have on me It's been 2 days now till today it still haven't reflected My 50k gone like that No customer service to talk to But they're active to quickly take your money but never available to give it back This app is a big scam They even stopped me from accessing my account after I have funded it

omo this app is a big,big scam. i deposited funds over 3 Months ago and till now nothing is showing in my account, verification is impossible. if this app is dead why don't it be removed from Play store. i really don't recommend for those who don't want their funds to disappear without a trace, it's literally a scam app. i would give it no star if that was possible
