Bitmama Card is a stablecoin payment card service offered by Bitmama to users in Africa. The cards currently in operation are primarily Visa virtual cards. After completing Level 3 identity verification, users can fund a US dollar card with stablecoins such as USDT and USDC for international online shopping, subscriptions and digital service payments. Bitmama currently serves mainly users in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, while the physical card remains at the waitlist stage.

Card overview
Bitmama's card service has undergone changes in its issuing partner. The original Mastercard virtual card was suspended in November 2024 because of an issue with the card provider, and arrangements were made to return card balances to Bitmama Wallet. Visa virtual card services subsequently continued. Recent card-verification materials from 2026 still show that the Visa virtual card is available, while the website's dedicated Virtual Crypto Card page retains historical references to Mastercard, old colour tiers, and “free card issuance”. The Mastercard status shown on that page therefore cannot be treated directly as the current issuance status. The current card is funded with stablecoins held in the Bitmama custodial wallet, which are converted into a US dollar card balance for online payments.

1. United States：Cannot apply，Cannot use，The Bitmama card program is currently issued to users in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, while the United States is expressly excluded from Bitmama services.
2. United Kingdom：Cannot apply，Can use，UK residents are outside Bitmama’s current card-issuance markets, but a card validly obtained by an eligible user can be used for supported online payments in the UK.
3. Canada：Cannot apply，Can use，Canada is outside the current Nigeria-Ghana-Kenya issuance scope, while an eligible existing card can be used in Canada except where Bitmama’s jurisdictional restrictions apply, including Quebec.
4. Australia：Cannot apply，Can use，Australian residents are not currently within Bitmama’s card-issuance markets, but eligible cards issued to supported users can be used for online purchases in Australia.
5. South Africa：Cannot apply，Can use，South Africa is not one of Bitmama’s current card-issuance markets, although an eligible card obtained by a supported user can be used for online payments there.
6. New Zealand：Cannot apply，Can use，New Zealand residents are outside the current card-issuance scope, but a valid Bitmama card issued to an eligible user can be used for supported online purchases there.
7. Ireland：Cannot apply，Can use，Ireland is not currently within Bitmama’s card-issuance markets, while an eligible card issued to a supported user can still be used for online payments in Ireland.

May God punish who ever is behind this app I funded my account with the last money I have on me It's been 2 days now till today it still haven't reflected My 50k gone like that No customer service to talk to But they're active to quickly take your money but never available to give it back This app is a big scam They even stopped me from accessing my account after I have funded it

omo this app is a big,big scam. i deposited funds over 3 Months ago and till now nothing is showing in my account, verification is impossible. if this app is dead why don't it be removed from Play store. i really don't recommend for those who don't want their funds to disappear without a trace, it's literally a scam app. i would give it no star if that was possible
