Bleap SIA is responsible for certain crypto asset services and obtained a MiCA crypto asset service provider license under Latvian regulation in June 2026.

Card overview

Bleap builds its card payment system upon self-custody wallets; user assets remain within their own Bleap Wallets, and the card links exclusively to that wallet rather than to external wallets or other funding sources. Upon card issuance, users grant authorization for transaction-based debits, with each purchase settled using the eligible balance held in the wallet; consequently, there is no need to pre-transfer funds into a traditional card account custodied by Bleap. While the wallet can be funded via bank transfers or on-chain assets, card spending currently relies primarily on EUR and USD balances, requiring other tokens to be converted first. The current card program serves residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, offering both virtual and physical cards.

Bueno. Pues contenta . Me inscribí con una promoción y regalo de cripto pero hace poco en otra app me quedaba algo más de 1$ y no sabía que hacer. Como ambas apps tienen la red arbitrum me traje el dinero en USD y lo he cambiado por euros,que soy europea . Además tengo un uno por ciento de reembolso en cada compra. Lo mejor no hay comisiones de intercambio en lo que he hecho. Me costó aprender pero contenta .
