The worst customer support!

This is my first-ever review, and I’m requesting the dismissal of your employee, Klara, as she significantly undermines the experience of using your app. Klara is exceedingly slow, unmotivated, and lacks competence. Her poor performance makes me consider taking legal action against your company. Whenever she takes on a ticket, she fails to resolve the issue, and the lack of an option to open a second ticket prevents me from reaching out to another specialist for assistance.
