CoinMENA VISA Card is a planned crypto debit card from the Middle Eastern digital asset platform CoinMENA, intended to connect digital assets held in CoinMENA accounts with everyday spending. The product is planned to offer virtual and physical cards for payments at online and physical merchants through the Visa network. CoinMENA has appointed the licensed card issuance and payment technology company INFINIOS to handle issuance, processing and programme management. As of August 5, 2026, the website still offered only a waitlist and formal public card issuance had not begun.

Founded in 2021, CoinMENA is a leading, fully regulated, Sharia-compliant cryptocurrency exchange and digital asset trading platform in the MENA region. The platform primarily serves users and businesses in Bahrain, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman, offering high-liquidity crypto spot trading, third-party top-ups and withdrawals, secure custody, and a large-scale over-the-counter (OTC) desk designed for institutional clients.
The CoinMENA brand is operated by two regulated entities. CoinMENA B.S.C. (C), headquartered in Bahrain, is licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain as a Category 3 crypto-asset service provider; CoinMENA FZE, headquartered in Dubai, UAE, is licensed by the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority to provide virtual asset brokerage services. The CoinMENA VISA Card program is branded and customer-serviced by CoinMENA, with INFINIOS acting as the licensed card issuer responsible for card issuance, payment processing, and program management, and Visa providing the card network.

Card overview
CoinMENA first joined the Visa Fintech Fast Track programme in 2022 and announced plans for CoinMENA VISA Card, allowing users to register their preference for a virtual or physical card on the card page. On June 3, 2026, CoinMENA announced a new card-issuance partnership with INFINIOS. As the licensed issuer, INFINIOS will provide virtual cards, physical cards, transaction processing, and card-programme management.
The current card page still describes the product as a debit card that can connect to digital assets and be used at Visa merchants, but the new programme's official issuing countries, asset-deduction method, card currency, fees, spending limits, ATM rules, and mobile-wallet compatibility have not yet been published. CoinMENA stated in its June 2026 official communication that further details would be announced later. The current product should therefore be treated as a waiting-list programme and not as a card already available for everyday use.

Notice: As of 2026/08/05, the card has not entered the formal public issuance stage and remains at the waitlist stage. Users can join the waitlist through the official dedicated CoinMENA Card registration channel by providing information such as their name, email address, country of residence and expected spending, for an opportunity to qualify for the initial card allocation.
