The Embily Card was a Visa crypto prepaid debit card previously offered by Embily to European residents, available as a virtual card and a plastic physical card. Users deposited crypto assets such as BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC into a custodial wallet, converted them to EUR, and loaded the funds onto the card balance for online shopping, in-store payments, Apple Pay, and ATM withdrawals. The product charged a card issuance fee, monthly fee, top-up fee, and foreign exchange fee, and implemented tiered KYC limits. The personal card business has now ceased normal operations; registration, application, top-up, and spending are no longer available.

The Embily brand was initially operated by Singapore's B-I-G.PRO PTE. LTD, with later European operations using Estonia's Embily OÜ. Embily OÜ was registered in 2021 with registered business activities mainly in business consulting and training; its revenue for both 2023 and 2024 was zero, and a deletion notice has appeared on the company registration page. Historical Visa cards were issued with support from Lithuanian e-money institution Walletto UAB through a card distribution program; Walletto holds electronic money institution license No. 33 from the Bank of Lithuania.

Card overview
Embily Card used a pre-funded model. Crypto assets were not sold in real time when a merchant charged the card; they were first converted into EUR in an Embily custodial account and then loaded into a separate card balance. The virtual card could be generated relatively quickly after identity verification and was mainly intended for online transactions and Apple Pay. The plastic card added a chip, contactless payments, in-store purchases, and ATM withdrawals. Historically, the cards operated through the Visa network, with issuance and electronic money infrastructure provided by Walletto UAB.
Embily later planned to migrate its Visa cards to Mastercard and temporarily suspended physical card issuance, but no continuously operating replacement card programme emerged. The website no longer displays a valid card product, fees, application requirements, or terms of service. Its personal banking page retains only an account login, while public complaints focus on delayed top-ups, missing balances, difficulty obtaining refunds, and unresponsive customer support.

Ich habe die Embelly Produkte 12 Wochen! genommen, doch leider hat es die Syptome nur kurzfristig gebessert, nach 3 Wochen ist wieder alles beim alten. Bis eine leichte Besserung überhaput eingetreten ist, hat es sogar 4 Wochen gedauert.
Das mir zustehende Beratungsgespäch hätte ich gern in Anspruch genommen, doch leider hätte ich darauf wochenlang warten müssen, also viel zu spät für Fragen.

Leider kann man nicht weniger als 1 Stern geben. Das sind Scammer. Ich warte seit über 2 Monaten auf ca. 100 Dollar. Ich hatte diese 100 Dollar auf meine Visa Karte geschickt. Nach ein paar Tage hatte ich gefragt wo das Geld bleibt, dann hatten sie geschrieben das sie nicht mehr mit Visa arbeiten und es jetzt zu technischen Schwierigkeiten und Wartezeiten kommen kann weil die Karte eben nicht mehr existiert. Ich fragte dann regelmäßig wöchentlich nach. Nach dem ich dann nach 2 Monaten immer noch nicht das Geld hatte, habe ich eine nicht so freundliche Nachricht hinterlassen. 2 Tage später bekam ich eine Email das ich mich nochmal verifizieren muss und zwar mit so vielen Dokumente das man ganz klar von Schikane sprechen kann. Komisch das ich ausgerechnet jetzt mein Konto wieder verifizieren muss. Diese Firma ist einfach das allerletzte. Kann nur jedem davon abraten. Keine Ahnung wie man so sein kann, das man den Ärmsten Leuten so die Kohle aus der Tasche ziehen kann, einfach nur assozial.

I deposited $1000 to my account, they didnt show up after 2 weeks so I reached out to the chat and was told to have some patience. This continued on repeat, was giving multipe different dates but the money never showed up on my account.
Now its been 2 months and I still have yet to see my money and they keep saying I have to wait and cannot get a refund.

There is clearly an issue at this "company" They continually tell you they are waiting to replace liquidity, but your transactions are in the processing queue..... I have some transactions nearing 1 month with no funds in my account. Stay away. Almost looks like a rug pull.
