imToken Card is a multi-currency Mastercard virtual debit card jointly offered by imToken and Fiat24, a licensed Swiss fintech institution, paired with a Swiss IBAN multi-currency cash account. The card supports USD, EUR, CHF, and offshore CNY balances, and can be topped up with digital assets such as USDC, USDT, and ETH on the Arbitrum network for everyday shopping, mobile wallet, and subscription spending. Existing card payments remain operational, but Fiat24 has paused acceptance of new personal customer applications, and crypto asset top-up functionality remains suspended for maintenance.

Card overview
The current imToken Card uses the Fiat24 solution, replacing the earlier imToken co-branded credit card issued by DCS. Users mint a Fiat24 Account NFT through their imToken Arbitrum wallet and use that NFT as the account identity credential to connect to Fiat24. After verification, they receive a multi-currency cash account, a Swiss IBAN, and a virtual Mastercard Debit Card. In normal service mode, users can exchange and top up USD, EUR, and CHF using assets such as USDC, USDT, ETH, and WBTC, then spend directly with the card. CNH can be exchanged within Fiat24 before use. During maintenance in July 2026, multi-currency exchange was temporarily suspended; exchange has now resumed, but as of August 13, 2026, crypto asset top-ups remain suspended, while existing card payments are unaffected.

Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time on this app. I want my money back and there's no way to figure out how to contact even Customer Service to figure out how to do it. It seems like every time you click on something just a big runaround go with something else. Don't use this.
