Extremely Disappointed With Shakepay
I recently opened a Shakepay account, and my first experience has been very disappointing. I tried to send less than $50 in Bitcoin to someone, but the transaction was flagged as a potential scam. I explained that the transfer was legitimate and that I knew exactly who I was sending it to, but it was still blocked.
Even more frustrating, they disabled my ability to send Bitcoin from my account entirely, leaving me unable to complete any transfers. I understand the need for security measures, but this level of restriction after explaining the situation feels excessive. I also spent several hours trying to resolve the issue, with limited support available from customer service.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, especially for what should have been a simple transaction.

Wonderful great company for investments.

Whenever i open the app, im automatically directed to a tracking permissions request page. The problem is nothing I press on this screen works. Cant close the dialog, cant say no, cant even say yes. This happens everytime I open the app. Its been like this for weeks. The app is effectively useless to me, BUT it can still send me push marketing notifications. Deleting it off my phone.
