very bad customer service . had an issue trying to claim my virtual card . trying to navigate through the app I moved funds from individual balance to cash in portfolio for more than 24 hours my fund is no where to be found . I requested appeal but no response.

I've been using this app for the past 9 months. There are few issues which I had no problems with but now, they want to show me how stupid their bank is. I transferred money from a USD account into my Uglycash account. just to find out that my account has been restricted. That money is for a medical emergency for my cousin... They've gone from a 3 to a zero or a -1 for me. please do something about this issue before things gets worse
