The Veera Card is a self-custodial on-chain payment card product introduced by Veera, designed to let users spend on-chain assets on everyday purchases. The product emphasizes that users retain control of the assets in their wallets while using the Veera Card for online, in-store, and mobile wallet payments. The card is currently still at the waitlist or phased rollout stage.

The current Veera Wallet terms of service are provided by Singapore entity GRAYSKULL PTE. LTD., responsible for Veera Wallet, dApp Store, applications, and related platform services. Earlier browser privacy policy lists Singapore entity Oasis Software Pte. Ltd., with registered address at 72 Circular Road. Veera uses Turnkey Global Inc. for embedded wallet private key infrastructure; Turnkey handles key generation and protection, and Veera does not directly control private keys. Current legal documents do not list the actual issuing bank, card network, program manager, or payment processor for Veera Card.

Card overview
Veera Card is used together with Veera Wallet. Veera Wallet has a self-custody architecture that manages assets through device passkeys, a hardware security environment, and user signatures. Every transfer, exchange, staking transaction, or card purchase requires explicit user authorization. Veera's system can initiate a transaction request but cannot directly access the user's private keys or sign on the user's behalf.
The card program authorizes spending from user-controlled on-chain balances without requiring all funds to be transferred to a centralized card account in advance. The official website lists zero exchange-rate markup, gas-free transactions, spending cashback, yield on idle assets, and spending at merchants worldwide as key features. Veera's 2026 roadmap lists Veera Card as a first-quarter project and the full card reward mechanism for the third quarter. At present, the waitlist page still shows that all places are filled, and no public product rules have been established for fees, spending limits, official issuance regions, or the cardholder agreement.

The isn't opening,the minute the page opens, it closes.its so irritating.Developers do something about this,send some updates,All my bookmarks will be lost.
