Card overview

UPay combines a crypto asset wallet, real-time crypto conversion, and global card payments within one system. Standard UPay cards use a top-up or wallet-balance payment model, while the newer Premier Card can deduct funds directly from the UPay Wallet balance without requiring funds to be transferred to a separate card balance in advance. The current payment card system operates on the Visa and Mastercard networks and is available in both virtual and physical forms. Physical cards support POS and ATM use, while virtual cards are suited to online spending and Apple Pay and Google Pay. UPay's publicly listed traditional card range includes Platinum, Stellar, Sapphire, Precious, Euro, Privilege, Prestige, and Seamless. Premier was added later, followed by the launch of the premium physical Platinum Metal card in 2026.

Thieves

Don't use them; they are thieves. I had a card in euros, but in April their euro cards stopped working. I had money in the account; they said they would transfer the funds to a general balance so I could use them with other cards, but three months have passed and I still can't access my money. I sent many times email to support, moths waiting my money, and the only answer is, sorry for delay we are on it. Very bad service. You had the EU cards, you stopped to have it, but you the balance of the card is block for more than 4 moths, and you dont back my money
