**Funds received but not transferred to the intended recipients** We are i3support, a marketing agency. We used Volet.com to send funds to our business partners, who relied on the platform as a payment intermediary. According to the transaction records, the funds were successfully received. We have the transaction hash, payment references, correspondence, and other supporting documentation. However, Volet.com did not transfer the funds to our partners, and the issue remains unresolved. We can provide relevant evidence to interested parties or the appropriate authorities upon request. Based on our experience, we strongly advise businesses and individuals to exercise extreme caution and avoid using Volet.com as a payment intermediary until the situation is properly resolved. Your support writes that you are not responsible for payments. My email has 343630 in the title, and you can easily find our correspondence. But it was your service that was used by a scam merchant to receive payment. I have screenshots of the payment and a hashed link as proof. You are responsible for your service and the merchants you provide it to. You are the middleman between the scammer and me. I sent you my money. You are the one who can suspend or block the merchant's access. However, you and the merchant continue to scam people.
