The Binance Card is a crypto asset payment card offered by Binance to eligible users. The operating structure current in 2026 uses Mastercard and includes the Binance Card - Global Program virtual card provided by Immersve and the Binance Card Brasil virtual and physical cards issued by Pomelo. Users can select crypto assets from their Binance Spot or Funding Account. At the time of purchase, the system automatically converts the assets into fiat currency to pay Mastercard merchants and offers tiered spending cashback.

Card overview
The current Binance Card is a different program from the discontinued European Visa card. The Global Program is a Mastercard issued by Immersve Limited and currently offers only a virtual card. Users can set at least 3 and up to 12 payment assets from Spot and Funding Account, connect the card to a mobile wallet, and use it for online and in-store contactless payments. The Brazilian version is a Mastercard issued by Pomelo Instituição de Pagamento Ltda. It offers virtual and physical cards, supports BRL settlement and ATM withdrawals, and applies tiered KYC limits. Both programs use real-time crypto asset conversion, but regional eligibility, fees, supported assets, cashback, and ATM capabilities are administered separately.

Recently my account did not pass Risk Assesment - whatever it is mean. As a result several activities no longer available like Learn&Earn and Square gift red boxes. I tried to rectify issue with Binance support - futile attempts, it doesn't understand what the problem and forwarding to irrelevant links. Than it was advised to make "Appeal". Unfortunately it done so that regular user will never complete. Even simple task to make statement video to say date and email never accepted. Never "clear"
