The Binance Card is a crypto asset payment card offered by Binance to eligible users. The operating structure current in 2026 uses Mastercard and includes the Binance Card - Global Program virtual card provided by Immersve and the Binance Card Brasil virtual and physical cards issued by Pomelo. Users can select crypto assets from their Binance Spot or Funding Account. At the time of purchase, the system automatically converts the assets into fiat currency to pay Mastercard merchants and offers tiered spending cashback.

Card overview
The current Binance Card is a different program from the discontinued European Visa card. The Global Program is a Mastercard issued by Immersve Limited and currently offers only a virtual card. Users can set at least 3 and up to 12 payment assets from Spot and Funding Account, connect the card to a mobile wallet, and use it for online and in-store contactless payments. The Brazilian version is a Mastercard issued by Pomelo Instituição de Pagamento Ltda. It offers virtual and physical cards, supports BRL settlement and ATM withdrawals, and applies tiered KYC limits. Both programs use real-time crypto asset conversion, but regional eligibility, fees, supported assets, cashback, and ATM capabilities are administered separately.

1. United States：Cannot apply，Can use，The current Binance Card program is not open to U.S. residents, but a valid card issued to an eligible user elsewhere can be used at supported Mastercard merchants in the United States.
2. United Kingdom：Cannot apply，Can use，The former European Binance Card program has ended and the current Global Program has not reopened issuance to UK residents, while eligible cards issued in supported markets can still be used in the UK.
3. Canada：Cannot apply，Can use，Canada is not currently an eligible Binance Card issuance market, but a valid card issued to an eligible user in a supported jurisdiction can be used in Canada.
4. Australia：Can apply，Can use，Australian residents are included in the current Binance Card Global Program and can apply after completing Binance identity verification and the card eligibility review.
5. South Africa：Cannot apply，Can use，South Africa is not currently among Binance Card’s active issuance markets, while eligible cards obtained in supported jurisdictions can still be used locally.
6. New Zealand：Can apply，Can use，New Zealand is included in the current Global Program and eligible verified residents can apply for the virtual card after completing the required card review.
7. Ireland：Cannot apply，Can use，The previous EEA Binance Card program was discontinued and current issuance has not been reopened to Irish residents, but an active Global Program card issued elsewhere can be used in Ireland.
