Bit.Store is a crypto payment card and Web3 payment service platform, offering virtual and physical cards topped up with crypto assets, as well as card technology solutions for projects. Its website card services are provided by Lithuanian company Bitstore Europe UAB, but actual card issuance, payment accounts, and card network access rely on third-party financial institutions. Bit.Store's original physical card program was issued by PAYTEND EUROPE, UAB; after that issuer's license was revoked, Bit.Store announced the discontinuation of physical card services.

Card overview

Bit.Store primarily combines crypto asset top-ups, automatic conversion, and prepaid card spending. The current Virtual Card is denominated in USD, with the official website indicating a monthly spending limit of 10,000 USD and a crypto top-up fee of 2.5%, and offering multiple virtual card BINs/card types. Some virtual cards previously operated without identity verification, but the official website now also indicates "Simple KYC verification," suggesting that different card types or limits may use tiered verification. Users can top up with supported crypto assets and spend on the Visa and Mastercard networks, with some card types supporting Apple Pay and Google Pay. The former EUR physical card program entered a termination process in 2026 due to regulatory issues with third-party issuer Paytend Europe UAB, so Bit.Store should currently be regarded as a virtual card-focused product.

Notice: Bit.Store announced on 2026/03/09 that it was discontinuing the Bit.Store Physical Card service due to a regulatory incident involving the third-party issuer Paytend Europe UAB. This change applies to the physical card programme. Bit.Store Virtual Card remains available as the current virtual card product.

Can't access your money

For almost a year, they have blocked the crypto card service. You can’t use your money, you can’t withdraw it, you can’t do anything. They are a legally registered financial institution in Lithuania and have an office there with a physical address. They are supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. I suggest that anyone who has been affected by them file a complaint on the Bank of Lithuania’s website at lb.lt. It would be even more effective to file a collective complaint.

They play with the customer's trust and I trusted them too much and for too long. They want quick decisions and promise good returns. Everything looks good at first, but when you want to withdraw your funds they come up with different excuses why you can't withdraw them. Then comes the next request for a reward and so on. They will milk you dry if you just let them. They 100% are scammers!!!!

Unreliable/scam company

Card worked for a month maybe, i used it once or twice. Then i was not able to use it for 4 months due to "temporary issues". These "temporary" issues still there. My money locked out. So in short, they scammed me.

They do not allow the withdrawal of the balance, claiming "banking problems", but they have been holding the money for months and at the same time deducting maintenance charges, although they no longer provide the service.
