Cash App Card is not a crypto card that spends directly from a Bitcoin balance; Visa card transactions are primarily funded from the user's Cash App USD balance. Users can add funds through a bank account, a US-issued debit card, payroll Direct Deposit, P2P payments received, and cash deposits. Cash App also allows eligible adults to buy, sell, receive, and send BTC. The current account structure includes a Prepaid Account and a Debit Flex Account, so the underlying card issuance agreement may be provided by either Sutton Bank or The Bancorp Bank, depending on the user. View original This company is completely arbitrary. Do not trust them.
I absolutely would NOT recommend this app. I was informed my account was closed. No specific reason was given. I appealed. I got the same answer, no specific reason given. If I try to open a new account, I am refused. No specific reason given. There is no true support help at this company. If I could give a negative five for a review, I would. Do NOT trust your money to this app.

I literally use this app to pay bills and it is clearly labeled saying so. After I appealed it still said that their determination was correct that I was doing fraud or gambling or something of that sort which is not the case. For a company and an app to be used for the purpose of making transactions this is literally the worse and if you don’t use the app in a while it deactivates your account as well.

Customer service is absolutely awful. They never helped me fix anything someone hacked into my account and their customer service team put it upon me that I went against their guidelines and I never did that was probably the hacker and I never got answers for that issue so honestly if I could report report the creators of cash app I would….. however I wasn’t sure how to and like I know for a fact, I lost money in my cash app. People were always sending me request to get money from me and then I had someone somehow actually try to take $275.out of my account thank God I didn’t have that much in my account, but I have had money taken out of my account from a hacker and I was having nonstop issues with Cash app! So for those issues I would not recommend Cash app. It is so dangerous to use! I would stick to Venmo, PayPal or chime!
