Card balances are managed separately from bank-account balances, and users generally need to transfer funds from the multi-currency account to the corresponding card first. Transfers are fast but modern features like qr and app payments are missing. Digital cards aren't available for many regions also. So it's quite limiting. Hope that changes and Dukascopy catches up to modern banks...
