Card overview

CoinW Card connects to the user's CoinW custodial account. After completing identity verification, users can choose a virtual or physical card suited to their payment needs and top it up with USDT. Once funds enter the card account, they are converted into a USD balance and settled through the Visa or Mastercard network. CoinW iPay Card is mainly intended for online spending, subscriptions, and mobile wallet payments. Singapore USD Virtual Card is suited to e-commerce, advertising, and digital services, while Singapore USD Physical Card also supports online payments, physical merchants, and ATMs. Virtual card details, including the card number, expiry date, and security code, are available immediately. Physical cards must be manufactured and delivered. Better think twice before you open an account here

Von Beginn an Probleme bei der Erstellung eines Accounts. Selbstverständlichkeiten funktionieren einfach nicht, es werden aber alle möglichen Daten zigmal abgefragt. Will man seinen Account löschen, soll ein Video hochgeladen werden, auf dem man mit seinem Passport wedelt. Riecht nach Spam, besser nicht...

Gave this exchange a try because its liquidation coverage was the most attractive one. Turns out, it's the only 'good' feature. The app is buggy and unusable. Support is incompetent. Events are boring and unattractive. Products it offers are much worse than on any other exchange. On top of that, they restricted my account for no reason which has never happened to me after having used any other exchange literally for years. Really, you all should use reputable exchanges, not this third-rate one

CoinW Froze My Account & Funds Over A Simple Leverage Adjustment - UID: 26343423

I have been using CoinW normally, but as soon as I tried to adjust my leverage on Futures trading, their automated system locked my account (UID: 26343423). They refuse to allow a human review and are holding my remaining funds without providing a clear explanation or giving me a way to withdraw MY OWN MONEY. Customer support only sends copy-pasted automated templates. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a crypto exchange. Do not trade here if you value the safety of your assets. I demand that CoinW release my funds immediately.
