Customer service is non existent, they hide behind a bot and don't give a channel to contact anybody on support. something simple as to change a phone number is near imposible because when somebody finally answer thru chat they don't help and want to know why you want to change the number. also you don't know if you're validated. the customer is blind with this people

the developers are always updating the app but it's still nonsense. I can't verify my detail, completing KYC is impossible. you want me to provide my address but no space provided for it . Been using this app for 2 years, and one transaction is impossible. I have been completing KYC, which is very impossible to true. it's either you fix the App or you remove it from Play store. this is so annoying.
