3. Canada：Cannot apply，Can use，Canada is explicitly listed among DigiFinex’s countries not served, so Canadian residents cannot apply for DiCard; an eligible card issued elsewhere supports international transactions in Canada.
4. Australia：Can apply，Can use，Australia is not excluded from DigiFinex’s service framework and residents can apply for DiCard after completing email, phone and identity verification and receiving approval.
5. South Africa：Can apply，Can use，South Africa is not on DigiFinex’s restricted-country list and residents can submit a DiCard application after completing the required identity verification and approval process.
6. New Zealand：Can apply，Can use，New Zealand is not excluded from DigiFinex services and residents can apply after completing the required account and identity verification.
