Official and company information

Issuer identity and company credentials

DiCard is a crypto payment card product launched by DigiFinex, offering platform users a USD-denominated Mastercard virtual card topped up with USDT, with support for card spending, reward points, and some mobile wallet binding. DigiFinex handles the product portal, top-up, and user services, but the public card agreement does not clearly disclose the actual issuing bank, BIN sponsor, or licensed provider of the card account. Therefore, DiCard is better recorded as a card program managed by DigiFinex rather than an independent licensed card issuer.

Card overview

DiCard is a crypto spending service built into the DigiFinex exchange. Users first register a DigiFinex account, complete email, phone, and identity verification, then apply for a card tier. Once approved, the card is activated automatically. Users top up from their DigiFinex Spot Account using USDT, and the system converts funds into a USD card balance for Mastercard network spending. The current global USD version mainly offers virtual cards in two tiers: Lite and Premier. Lite is for general spending, while Premier offers higher per-transaction, daily, and monthly limits and allows remaining card balance to be withdrawn back to the spot account. The card has 3D Secure transaction verification and restrictions on high-risk merchants and certain MCCs.

Funds Frozen for 108 Days Under "Compliance Review" (UID: 1689355007)

I have been waiting for 108 days (since April 15, 2026) for a simple withdrawal of 207 USDT. My funds are stuck under "Compliance Review" due to a "Mandatory Blocking" flag on the destination address. I have explicitly stated to the compliance team that I have zero ties to this flagged group, I am just a regular retail user. I have sent multiple emails over the past 3 months, only to receive the exact same copy-paste bot replies from support telling me to "wait." Holding 207 USDT for over 100 days without a final resolution is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I urgently request a real manager to intervene, cancel this pending withdrawal, and return the funds to my DigiFinex balance. UID: 1689355007

This exchange is a complete scam

This exchange is a complete scam . It has run out of liquidity , users are unable to withdraw their funds, and the support team is rude and dismissive instead of helping customers . Stay away from this platform if you don't want to lose you money .

I can't log in - I click the autofill button, and nothing happens. It's like this app is preventing my password manager from working.

⭐ 1 Star

⭐ 1 Star Two weeks. Funds frozen. Support gives copy-paste replies. Admins tell you to wait. Nobody explains why your money is being held. The real test of an exchange is not deposits—it’s withdrawals. DigiFinex failed that test.

⭐ 1---DigiFinex

⭐ 1---DigiFinex: Deposits Work Fine, Until You Try to Withdraw I trusted DigiFinex to trade and store my funds. That was a mistake. Both my deposit and withdrawal have been stuck for more than 7 days. No TxID. No processing. No clear explanation. My funds are simply trapped inside the DigiFinex system. What makes this even worse is how useless the customer support has been. Every time I contact them, I only receive robotic copy-paste responses such as: * “Please wait” * “Your case has been escalated” * “We are checking” Seven days later, the result is still absolutely nothing. A crypto exchange that accepts user deposits instantly, but cannot process withdrawals back to users, is extremely concerning. At this point, I no longer care whether DigiFinex is facing technical problems or liquidity issues — what matters is that users are being denied access to their own money without transparency or accountability. After this experience, I realized something: DigiFinex works perfectly… until you try to take your money out. My advice to everyone: * Do not keep large funds on DigiFinex * Do not blindly trust the balance shown on the screen * Always test withdrawals before depositing larger amounts A crypto exchange is not judged by its interface or trading volume. The most basic responsibility is allowing customers to access and withdraw their own funds safely and on time. DigiFinex failed at the most important part.

1-Star Review

1-Star Review — DigiFinex Holding My Funds for 30+ Days My USDT withdrawal on DigiFinex has been stuck in “Processing” for over a month with no TxID ever issued. Every time I contact support, I receive the same copy-paste responses: * “Please wait” * “Your case has been escalated” * “We are investigating” * “No exact timeline available” But after 30+ days, absolutely nothing has changed. This is not a blockchain delay — the transaction was never even sent to the network. The funds are simply frozen inside the exchange. What makes the situation even more concerning is that I’ve seen other users and influencers reporting similar withdrawal issues on DigiFinex recently. At this point, this no longer looks like a temporary technical issue. It raises serious concerns about the platform’s liquidity and ability (or willingness) to process user withdrawals. I strongly advise people: * Do NOT keep large funds on DigiFinex * Be extremely careful depositing there * Test withdrawals with small amounts first A crypto exchange should not be able to hold customer funds hostage for an entire month without transparency or resolution. Very disappointed.
