Card overview

Keytom combines fiat accounts, crypto asset accounts, and a Visa payment card on one platform. Users can transfer in USDC directly, or convert euros or supported crypto assets in their accounts into USDC, then spend using the card balance. The card can also be used separately without applying for an EUR IBAN. The virtual card is currently intended primarily for online shopping, subscriptions, and mobile payments, while the physical card further supports contactless in-person payments and standard ATM withdrawals. The card uses a credit BIN, making it compatible with some scenarios, such as hotels and car rentals, that prefer credit card BINs. However, it is not a credit product; actual spending still comes from the user's own balance. The card is denominated in USD, with non-USD transactions converted automatically. Online transactions can be verified using 3DS SMS verification codes.

1. Mainland China: Mainland China residents are within the current application scope. Applicants can apply after completing identity verification, proof of address, and facial verification. Issued Visa cards can be used for online, in-person, and mobile payment transactions where international cards are accepted. 2. Hong Kong: Hong Kong residents can apply for the relevant Keytom Visa Card program and complete KYC. Existing cardholders can make online and in-person purchases and withdraw cash at Visa-accepting merchants and ATMs in Hong Kong and overseas. 3. Macau: Applications by Macau residents are subject to the specific card program and eligibility for physical card delivery. Existing Keytom Visa Card holders can make normal purchases at online and in-person merchants in Macau that accept international Visa cards. 4. Taiwan: Taiwan residents are currently within the application scope. After completing KYC, applicants can apply for a virtual card or a physical card where delivery is available, and use it at local and overseas merchants that accept Visa.

OK, I had my account opened only for 24 hours. Unfortunately on the verification part my passport has prescription glasses for medical reasons. Unfortunately for the app, not acceptable. As my disability for verification was not accepted - in Canada - I had to withdraw the btc, close my account. Good communication - 3 stars. Data is held for 5 years -account deleted! At own risk, uninstalled! First time disability on verification not accepted! Canada! 🤔😳😲😕🙁😔

My requirements were pretty simple

My requirements were pretty simple: a single view of what I have and what I'm spending, without mental arithmetic every time I check in. Keytom handles that well. The balance is on-the-spot, the spending is easy to follow, and I'm not cross-referencing multiple places or accounts to understand how things really are. Category customization could really go further, but for straightforward money management it works.

DO NOT SEND MONEY!!Very irresponsible company.

I have opened account with keytom couple days ago. I noted down my euro details which they provided. Today I wnet to bank and made transfer of 130 000 to an account that they provided. I come backhome to see if it arrived and my account is blocked. Support is telling me they have not received it and it was some kind of internal decision to close my account. but why was I given account in the first place? Support is useless god know if I get my money back now and if yes when will I get it because they are not sharing any information about it.

Regarding your funds: since your account has been closed, any incoming transfer is automatically returned to the original source account from which they were transferred — this is a standard procedure and your funds are not lost. The return timeline depends on your bank's processing times, but the transfer will come back to where it was sent from.
