Morse Card is a virtual Visa debit card offered by Morse, formerly Sling Money, and linked directly to the user's Morse Balance. Users can fund Morse through bank transfers or deposits of digital assets such as BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT and USDC. Once converted into stablecoin balances such as USDC, the funds can be spent with the card. It can be used at online Visa merchants and at offline terminals through Apple Pay and Google Pay, has no foreign exchange fee and provides spending cashback to some eligible users.

2、香港：当前不支持香港居民直接申请Morse Card；香港未列入禁止用卡地区，已从合资格国家取得卡片的用户可在支持虚拟Visa或移动钱包的商户消费。

3、澳门：当前不支持澳门居民直接申请Morse Card；澳门不属于明确禁止消费地区，已持有效卡用户可在接受虚拟Visa或手机非接触付款的商户使用。

4、台湾：当前不支持台湾居民直接申请Morse Card；台湾没有被列入Card禁止交易地区，已从支持国家取得有效卡片后可在Visa线上及移动钱包商户消费。
