Updated: Aug 14, 2026

Moto Card is a Visa Infinite crypto-collateralised credit card offered by Moto Finance, combining a self-custody digital asset wallet with a monthly-billed credit card. Users deposit stablecoins or other supported assets as collateral and receive a corresponding credit limit. Assets are not sold for each purchase; instead, the balance is settled at the end of the billing cycle. The current product is intended for high-net-worth and global-spending users and offers virtual and physical cards, no foreign exchange fee, travel benefits, concierge services and spending points.

Card overview

Moto differs from ordinary crypto debit cards in that spending is not deducted from the wallet balance immediately. Users provide digital-asset collateral in a self-custody smart-contract wallet. Moto establishes a credit line based on the collateral value, completes online or in-person transactions through Visa Infinite, and automatically settles the outstanding balance from the account at month-end. The current APR is 0%. In principle, the collateral value must cover at least the US-dollar value of spending already incurred; if the collateral value falls below the outstanding balance and the user does not top up in time, the smart contract may trigger liquidation. In 2026, Moto also integrated MoonPay/Iron Virtual Accounts, allowing users to fund their accounts through fiat channels.
