NovaDAX Card

NovaDAX Card was a physical Elo prepaid card launched by NovaDAX in partnership with the Brazilian payment institution Ewally and used with a separate Brazilian real digital account. Users could process crypto assets on the NovaDAX exchange, transfer available funds to the digital account, and use the contactless card for domestic and international purchases and cash withdrawals. The card did not provide a credit facility and did not deduct crypto assets directly from an on-chain wallet. NovaDAX discontinued its digital account and card services on October 31, 2024, and all cards were cancelled.

Card overview
The NovaDAX Card uses a structure of "exchange account + separate digital account + prepaid card." NovaDAX operates the crypto asset trading platform and user entry point, Ewally handles the digital account, PIX, card issuance, and payment processing, and Elo provides the card network. Users were required to maintain sufficient Brazilian real balance in the digital account, and spending directly deducted from that balance; crypto assets on the exchange and funds in the digital account are separate services and should not be understood as automatic deduction from designated crypto assets at merchant payment. The physical card supports contactless payments, can be used at Elo-accepting merchants, and allows cash withdrawals via Banco24Horas and partner networks abroad. Before the service closed in 2024, users were required to clear the digital account balance, migrate or delete PIX keys under Ewally, and close the account; the closure did not affect the NovaDAX exchange account, which was operating independently at the time.

Notice: NovaDAX digital accounts and Cartão NovaDAX ceased service on 2024/10/31, affecting all digital accounts, PIX keys and issued cards. Users were required to clear their account balances before the deadline, migrate or delete PIX keys registered under EWALLY INSTITUIÇÃO DE PAGAMENTO S.A., and complete the closure of their digital accounts.

Uma safadeza total essa NovaDax!!! Pra depositar é fácil mas pra sacar é uma burocracia do crlh!!! CPF dá inválido, código do Google Authenticator dá erro, código do email dá erro. saem fora dessa plataforma enquanto há tempo. Isso aqui é furadaaaa
