The Offramp Card was a prepaid Visa card within the Offramp stablecoin account ecosystem. Users could fund the card by depositing USDC or USDT from external wallets or exchanges, or by transferring fiat currency via virtual USD accounts; once funds were loaded into the Offramp "Card Balance," they were used for spending, rather than having individual transactions deducted directly from an external on-chain wallet at the point of sale.

Card overview
Offramp integrated stablecoin wallets, virtual USD accounts, fiat deposit channels, and payment cards into a single platform. Users could fund their accounts—creating a balance usable for card transactions—by depositing USDC or USDT via on-chain addresses or by adding funds through ACH, wire transfers, and local fiat channels; the platform previously offered both virtual cards and physical Visa Signature cards. On July 1, 2026, Offramp officially announced the phased wind-down of its operations and ceased accepting new orders for physical cards. Card functionality and primary deposit capabilities were discontinued after July 31; the platform is currently in the stage of facilitating the withdrawal of remaining assets, with a full shutdown scheduled for December 31, 2026.

Notice: Offramp announced on 2026/07/01 that it would gradually cease operations and stopped accepting new physical card orders from that date. From 2026/07/31, all Physical Cards and Virtual Cards stopped supporting purchases, while fiat deposits and withdrawals and crypto-asset top-ups were also closed. Refunds and disputes relating to historical card transactions may be handled until 2026/09/30 at the latest.
