Shacom HashKey Credit Card is a co-branded Visa credit card launched by Shanghai Commercial Bank and HashKey Exchange for eligible HashKey users and Hong Kong residents. It is not a debit card that deducts crypto assets directly, but a traditional bank credit card combined with HashKey crypto asset rewards. Users can receive HashKey HKD Cash Vouchers after spending and use them to purchase supported virtual assets on HashKey Exchange.

Card overview
HashKey Visa Signature Credit Card officially launched in July 2026 and retains the core structure of a bank-issued Visa Signature credit card. Shanghai Commercial Bank handles application approval, the credit limit, purchase accounting, and repayments. HashKey Exchange does not provide credit or banking services and is responsible only for rewards associated with crypto assets. Everyday local, overseas, and online purchases first appear on a standard credit card statement. Eligible transactions earn reward points, which are automatically converted each month into HashKey HKD cash vouchers and credited to a designated HashKey Exchange account. The vouchers can be used as principal for spot trading and to pay trading fees and related charges. The card has a physical contactless design that lights up during contactless payments and is accepted through Visa's global network.
The card is currently aimed primarily at the Hong Kong market. Applicants must hold a HashKey account and be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above. HashKey Exchange is itself a virtual-asset trading platform licensed by the Hong Kong SFC, but this does not mean that all HashKey Global users can apply for the credit card.

Unfair policy: Closes accounts permanently and keeps your referral rewards!
I am highly disappointed with HashKey Exchange. Due to a missed administrative account review deadline, they permanently closed (off-boarded) my account. They refused to reactivate it, which is their bureaucratic right, but what is morally wrong is their handling of referral rewards.I invited multiple friends to this platform in good faith under their promotional program. HashKey has permanently terminated my account, effectively keeping the customers I brought them and benefiting from their trading fees, while completely wiping out and withholding the invitation rewards I rightfully earned.If you plan to use this exchange or join their referral programs, be warned: if you miss a compliance update window, they will cut you off permanently, keep your referred friends, and withhold your hard-earned bonuses. Proceed with extreme caution. Unfair and unethical treatment of loyal users who helped them grow.

Just installed the app and when I tried to sign up it says "Account Anomaly. Action Blocked" I've never even used this app before and already experience problem.
