Card overview

Uquid currently uses a marketplace sales and instant digital delivery model. Users select a denomination, pay with cryptocurrency or services such as Binance Pay, Gate Pay, Bybit Pay, or KuCoin Pay, then receive a card activation link and complete activation using their own information. The current Crypto Payment Card is a digital prepaid Visa card that can be used for online shopping, ChatGPT, Netflix, TikTok, Facebook Ads, X, games, and other digital services. It can also be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay for in-person payments. Uquid also sells payment cards for Claude, Grok, Midjourney, and other specific subscriptions. These products are essentially virtual prepaid cards with different denominations and intended uses. The former UQUID Debit Card was connected to a Uquid account and supported physical cards, virtual cards, and ATM withdrawals, but it is no longer in operation.

Total scammers I purchased a gift card razer gold 5$ and I recharged my mobile number over the past 24 hours shows payment completed but delivery under execution,I chatted the customer support everything i did was just a waste of time they’re truly fake the pretend at the beginning but getting to the end they show their true colors 😡😡

Solved!!: Paid 27 USDT, broken gateway and support ignores customers!

Uquid is running a completely broken system. I purchased a Swype Virtual Card (Order ID: 10366634) and paid 26.77 USDT. The order says "Completed" on their end, but the redemption link is stuck in an infinite loading loop. It's impossible to see the CVV or expiration date. Their customer support is a total ghost town. I messaged them via email, Twitter, and WhatsApp (+44 7493 062807). They acknowledged a "banking error" and then completely ignored me for over 24 hours. They took my money and delivered absolutely nothing. Do not trust this website, it is an absolute scam for guest users. I demand my full refund immediately!-------------------------- UPDATE (August 5, 2026): The support team reached out to me directly and fully refunded the 26.77 USDT to my wallet due to the gateway issue with the issuer bank. Although the initial technical experience was very frustrating and the automated response system delayed the solution, the customer support agents took my case as a high priority and fixed the financial issue manually. Refund completely received.
