Card overview

ZA Card is provided by ZA Bank, a licensed virtual bank in Hong Kong. It is a bank account debit card that requires funds to be deposited before spending, not a credit card or prepaid card. After opening a ZA Bank personal account and passing internal review, customers can manage the card in the App, set spending limits, reset or replace the virtual card, and request delivery of a physical card. Purchases are deducted directly from the HKD account, while overseas transactions are settled according to the Visa network and the bank's foreign currency conversion rules. The physical card can be used at Visa ATM locations in Hong Kong and overseas. Overseas withdrawals require the relevant feature to be enabled and a withdrawal PIN to be set in the App first.

1、中国大陆：中国大陆居民须亲身位于香港、持有效中国居民身份证及中国大陆手机号等资料开户；获批并取得卡片后，可在 Visa 受理商户及境外场景使用。

2、香港：年满十八岁、持合资格香港身份证、香港手机号及香港住址的居民可申请；开户及内部审核通过后，可正常申请和使用 ZA Card。

3、澳门：澳门居民不能仅凭澳门居民来往内地通行证或护照申请 ZA Bank 账户，因此不能申请 ZA Card；既有持卡人可在 Visa 受理商户消费。

4、台湾：台湾居民不属于 ZA Bank 的个人账户常规开户范围，不能申请 ZA Card；既有持卡人可在 Visa 受理商户及合资格海外 ATM 使用。
