Card overview

1inch Card connects the 1inch wallet and exchange ecosystem to a Crypto Life card account. After completing identity verification, users can obtain a virtual card and apply for a physical card. They can transfer supported assets such as 1INCH, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, and XRP into the account. When a transaction occurs, the system debits the relevant assets at real-time prices and settles fiat currency with the merchant through Mastercard. The product also provides a Cryptodraft crypto-backed limit and a Stableloan instalment borrowing feature, allowing users to obtain a spending limit by pledging BTC, ETH, or stablecoins. The card is currently intended mainly for residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom and supports crypto spending rewards of up to 2%.

USDC deposit not credited 48 hours ago I made a deposit to the 1inch crypto card. The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain, but it wasn't credited on my account. Support is dismisive and only mentioned an unprompted "maintenance" Do NOT use, it's a SCAM.

Missing card transfer and zero support response

Yesterday I made a card transfer that never arrived. Support claimed via email that the system is under "maintenance," but there is no public notice anywhere on their platform. Now they have stopped replying to my emails, leaving my funds in limbo. Zero transparency and completely unreliable communication.
