Held funds / Uncredited SOL Deposit - Ticket unresolved after days

I transferred SOL to Alchemy Pay’s gateway for an order that expired on BUFF.Market. The transaction was fully confirmed on-chain, but the funds were never credited nor refunded. Support keeps sending automated copy-paste replies without giving any solution. I have already provided all blockchain proofs and wallet details via ticket/email. Please have a supervisor review my open ticket and process the manual refund immediately. UPDATE (Aug 6): Still no refund and no human response after several days. Alchemy Pay’s support email keeps sending the exact same automated bot response. Funds (0.849 SOL) are still held at their deposit address ⁠6WLSF5WX8uQtRJHSQcfrvddiKjdZhFSH5Ku7LUS4freV⁠.

Alchemy Payment is a major fraud and scam. Two days ago, I made a payment to purchase TRX, but no TRX was credited to my wallet. I provided them with my transaction ID, UTR number, bank statement, and video proof of the transaction, but I have not received any proper response from their side. They are very big scammers.

Very poor experience with Alchemy Pay.

Very poor experience with Alchemy Pay. I attempted to buy 75 USDT through Alchemy Pay on two separate occasions. The UPI payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the USDT was never credited to my wallet. I submitted all the evidence requested by the support team, including payment proof, bank statement, transaction details, and a payment video. Even after providing everything, the issue remains unresolved and support responses have been extremely slow. Customers should not have to wait this long when their money has already been deducted. This has happened more than once, which makes the service difficult to trust. I expect Alchemy Pay to investigate these transactions and either deliver the purchased USDT or issue a refund immediately. Very disappointing experience. 1 Star.

I use this gateway to transfer funds to buy crypto they require ref num to be filled up. I paid and when i came back to put ref num the page was crashed webpage not available. And crypto was not ctedited to my account. I tried to contact but no response customer support disgusting. I waited 9 hours to talk to an agent but no one showed up.. I felt disgusted. They marked the transaction as cancelled but no refund. Nothing. What kind of scam is this??? Update: got my refund though after a lot of mails and a hell lot of patience. Atleast they dint scam.

ABSURD AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES - UNLAWFUL RETENTION OF FUNDS

Avoid at all costs. I made a SEPA Bank Transfer on April 27th. The funds were received by their bank (Unlimit EU Ltd), yet they refuse to deliver the service. Worse: Their support is a loop of incompetent bots asking for ILLEGAL AND IMPOSSIBLE documents. They are demanding a "photo of myself holding the payment card" for a BANK TRANSFER. There is no card! I have already provided my ID and a Selfie, but they keep stalling with these nonsensical requests to avoid refunding me. This is a clear case of fraudulent retention of funds. I have initiated a SEPA Recall via Revolut and filed a formal complaint with the CySEC. They ignore proofs, ignore bank statements, and ignore logic.
