Bridge / Stripe Stablecoin Cards

Updated: Sep 18, 2026

This is a stablecoin-backed card issuance infrastructure provided by Stripe and Bridge, rather than a standalone branded card available for direct application by individuals. Businesses can issue cards to their users via a unified API, enabling the cards to draw funds directly from stablecoin balances. Funding sources can be linked to custodial or non-custodial wallets or integrated with Bridge’s stablecoin account system, allowing businesses to avoid the need to build separate crypto-asset spending rails for different markets.

Official and company information

Issuer identity and company credentials

Bridge is a fintech infrastructure company focused on stablecoin payment orchestration and issuance, acquired by global payments giant Stripe in early 2025. The platform helps SpaceX, Coinbase, and numerous Web3 innovators seamlessly connect traditional banking clearing networks (such as ACH, Wire, SEPA) with major blockchain networks through a unified, modern API, offering digital dollar account custody, cross-border B2B stablecoin settlement, and stablecoin co-branded card issuance supporting the global Visa network.

Card overview

This product is part of a white-label card issuance ecosystem formed by Stripe Issuing and Bridge’s stablecoin infrastructure. Its core clients include fintech platforms, wallets, corporate payment providers, and other institutions seeking to offer card services to their end users, rather than independent card brands operating directly for consumers. Businesses can utilize users' stablecoin balances—held in either custodial or non-custodial wallets—as the funding source for cards, while actual payments are processed via localized card programs; Bridge manages the stablecoin funds and account infrastructure, while Stripe provides card issuance, compliance, and payment processing capabilities. Stripe has already launched in select markets and continues to expand the scope of stablecoin card issuance for both consumer and commercial use.

Exceptional Support from Era at Stripe…

Exceptional Support from Era at Stripe I had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Era at Stripe. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how patient and understanding she was. She explained everything clearly, made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly straightforward, and supported me exceptionally well from start to finish. We even had a few laughs along the way, which made the whole experience feel much more personal and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such professionalism with genuine warmth and personality. Era is a real credit to Stripe. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance. Absolutely exceptional service!

Scam ***

Please be careful with this company! They block your funds and Stripe account, and afterwards it is practically impossible to contact customer support. The support team completely ignores the issue and provides no meaningful assistance. F***ck Scam!!

Resolved — account reactivated and funds restored

Update — resolved: Stripe reviewed the matter again, reactivated GiftCash’s U.S. account, and credited the full balance owed back to the account. This resolves the financial issue described in my original review. I appreciate Stripe Support and Kevin Bognar taking another look and reaching a satisfactory resolution. We will reintegrate cautiously with additional internal controls. The original closure and automatic-refund process caused serious concern, but Stripe ultimately made it right.
Official reply
We understand your concern about the refunds and their impact on your business. Please contact Support at https://support.stripe.com/contact/login for account-specific assistance. We will take a look into this carefully and send you an email with our findings.

Stripe itself does not manufacture or warranty customer products sold by merchants, and merchants remain responsible for product support and fulfillment. Please contact the merchant directly about the refund or any fees related to the purchase, or visit https://support.stripe.com/contact/login for additional help.
