Card overview

BitMart manages user accounts and available assets, Prime Finance Group Limited manages the card program, and Reap (Remit) Limited issues the cards under a Visa licence. After an application is completed, the virtual card can be activated quickly. When users apply for a plastic or metal card, a virtual card is also issued to the account, while delivery of the physical card can take up to 45 business days. At payment, the system debits assets from the spot account in the default order and converts them into USD. Refunds are generally returned to the spot account. The virtual card is suited to online spending and Google Pay. Physical cards can also be used at merchant terminals, support a PIN and ATM withdrawals, and can be used for preauthorization scenarios such as hotels and car rentals. Transactions require a sufficient balance, and certain merchants may place an additional preauthorization hold.
