MEXC Card is a Visa stablecoin payment card launched by MEXC for users in parts of the Asia-Pacific region and funded from the user's MEXC Fiat Account. Users can transfer USDT into the fiat account for settlement when paying merchants and receive a virtual card for online shopping, subscriptions and mobile wallet payments. The card offers 4% to 10% USDT spending cashback and an exclusive USDT flexible savings programme. The physical card is currently available only to invited VIP users and can be used at physical merchants and overseas ATMs.

Card overview
MEXC Card is currently part of the MEXC Card (APAC) programme. Users must first complete Advanced KYC and then submit personal details and the card-issuance questionnaire. Some applicants must also provide facial verification and proof of address. After approval, users deposit USDT into the Fiat Account through a spot-account transfer, Quick Buy, P2P, or an on-chain deposit, and the card account handles authorisation and settlement when a purchase occurs.
The current virtual card can be created at no charge and supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, online spending, and subscription payments. The physical card has a one-time card issuance fee and is currently available only by VIP invitation, with delivery expected to take four to six weeks after approval. The official application guide sets both the per-transaction and daily spending limits at 50,000 USDT, with an annual limit of 1,000,000 USDT and a maximum of 50 transactions per day. The card terms use a DCS credit-limit and prepayment framework. Once transferred, users' prepayments are no longer held for them under a trust or custody arrangement.

MEXC’s P2P system is a complete joke. I paid a merchant approved by MEXC and provided screenshots and video proof, yet MEXC refused to resolve the fraud and told me to contact local authorities. What is the point of an appeal system if MEXC simply refuses to protect users? This experience makes MEXC look like a scam platform that protects fraudulent merchants. I want my money back or my USDT. Completely unacceptable.
