Card overview

Bitrefill Card combines crypto exchange, euro balance, Visa payment card, and SEPA withdrawal in one account. After identity verification, users can obtain a Virtual Card and Physical Card for free. When topping up, supported crypto assets are converted to euros via Lightspark Payments Europe and then enter the card balance. Currently, there are two tiers: Starter and Plus. Starter has a cumulative crypto top-up limit of €15,000. Plus, after completing proof of address and source of funds review, removes the total top-up limit and raises the monthly spending limit to €15,000. The virtual card supports Google Pay; the physical card supports chip, PIN, contactless payments, and ATM withdrawals.

When ordering a giftcard, I accidently sent over 21 SOL instead of 21 USDC-SOL and my heart dropped instantly. I thought I was never going to see that SOL back, I thought I just vanished 1.6k into thin air. But after contacting the bitrefill support team, I received it back quickly after, and I couldn't be more grateful. It's support teams like this that give me faith in humanity, other platforms might've made excuses as to why they couldn't send the SOL back, but not the bitrefill team. I've spent thousands of dollars on giftcards on this platform as it is, and not once have I had a problem. I genuinely appreciate bitrefill for the service they offer and for the support they gave me. If I could rate 100 stars I would.
